NopeI am glad to know that creation was with possibility for all creatures to be sustained with photosynthesizing organisms, generally plants, from which there are edible portions. Evidence of this is found from animals expected to be just carnivorous, which are herbivorous instead. There are spiders that were discovered to be herbivorous. There is a lion well known which would not eat any parts from animals. There is a shark of a carnivorous kind that only would eat from vegetation. So the design could have started like that.
Pruning shears and lawn mowers were in short supply I think.See title.
Animals eat for the purpose of providing nutrients for the replenishment of energy stores, cellular rejuvenation, and so on. If an animal stops eating, metabolic processes no longer have the 'fuel' required to function and the animal eventually dies.
According to creationists there was no death before the Fall. If animals were no longer in danger of starving to death then why would there be a need to eat?
You cannot have a tree of life which grants eternal life, without an alternative of death in separation from this tree.

There was cell death, that with the Bible account of no hurt or harm to creatures would still always be present, a death that still serves a needed purpose. Death can be expanded, or lessened.
Panda bears certainly adapted to an herbivorous life. There are other known cases of ancestral carnivorous animals leading to herbivorous animals. There are also certain butterflies that now are starting with carnivorous activity. Such change can go in either direction.
Gypohierax angolensis is a palm nut eating member of the Accipitridae, a family of raptors.

Pacu which eat primarily from vegetation of course are of the Serrasalmidae, the Piranha family. Their teeth kind of resemble human teeth.
All creation groans for the hope of that which will be revealed with the redemption.

(Arguments from silence rarely end well).
Where is the verse in the Bible that makes reference to animals having teeth before the fall? Why else would God have given them teeth if they didn't eat?
Animals are very much part of a vast food chain.
Except Corgi's
Let's see you explain your own imagination away:Where is the verse in the Bible that makes reference to animals having teeth before the fall?
Once again you are making claims without actually doing any of the work of establishing any facts for what you rail about. What does the Bible actually SAY about before the fall? That is the place to start. You keep starting with wild accusations and demanding that people explain your imagination away.

The Fall seems to be [the] single greatest creative act ever
