Without witnesses, it is a very tough case.
And the witnesses need to be credible.
For example, my dad would easily accuse
me or other family members of such a crime.
You could check with the birds...who are
always listening. Our dna is all around the
house and his clothes. And there is a hammer
near my room.

If there is facial damage, the family is the
best place to start. Knees might be a bookie.
