No the real problem is the government which is controlled by some major figures with lots of cash. These issues (propaganda) are used to divert our attention off them so their agenda of a New World Order will go unnoticed. There is a supposed Christian religion that has it's own bible that is not the same as the Word of God. Look for the anti-Christ to come from that religion and the number of that man will be 666. Your quess is as good as mine why it wasn't but for some reason it wasn't at the time and is not that accepted now. Remember, the #666 was only one hint at the Beast's identity, there was also a speaking image to be worshipped on pain of death, a critical wound that it survived, and other wonders.

I do not believe these chips are any such mark that they have now because the Anti-Christ has not been revealed and the main purpose of the mark is to show allegiance.
