We aren't gathering interpretation from historians. We are only gathering facts. We learn information like: who was governor of a region during a certain year; what wars occurred and who fought in them; who controlled certain regions politically....etc.
I've not seen where you've quoted Scripture that "proves me wrong ".I have quoted Scripture to prove you wrong. How where is Scripture support for your so-called 40 years transition chart exactly as God said it. I am waiting.
I'm comparing Scripture to history. For instance: Jesus said things, His apostles recorded them in Scripture, and history offers us confirmation. You are still interpreted based on historians. Not Scripture.

Can you re-word your following sentence? I can't make out what you're asking.

Jesus died on the Cross in 30 AD......Jerusalem and the temple religious system was destroyed in 70 AD. Jesus was the mediator of a new covenant. His death made the former covenant obsolete.....what was obsolete was soon disappearing. Now that we are on the other side of this - it's much more clear to some of us what was meant by these words:Now, where is your Scripture for your 40 years covenant transition nonsense, please
Likewise.Not playing your games

When were the high priests removed literally from their office? They may have been removed spiritually in 30 AD....but it took another 40 years for their apostate/corrupt system to be literally removed from them and buried forever.Matthew 21:42-43 KJV
[42] Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
[43] Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
This has NOTHING to do with your man-made chart with 40 transition years or physical destruction of Jerusalem. Zero!
Luke 22:20 ~ In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.Good job on providing a verse.
Now tell me how did the new covenant was confirmed? The verse you quoted said that the first one has to be obsoleted before a new covenant can take place. When was that? When did Christ confirm a new covenant? The answer is right in the Scripture if you know how to find it.
When were the high priests removed literally from their office? They may have been removed spiritually in 30 AD....but it took another 40 years for their apostate/corrupt system to be literally removed and buried forever.
And, IMO, it's a game to direct Scripture to our expectations and bend to answering our questions. No, you were playing because you did not prove any Scripture I asked to support your so-called 40 year Covenant transition nonsense! Your position remained refuted!

That's the trouble with your requirement. Scripture pointed forward and prophesied (and then vision and revelation was sealed and completed). We look back.LOL!!!! Show me in scripture where the high priests needed to be removed from office?
You are going to have a hard time finding the resurrection in Daniel 9:26-27. The death and resurrection of the messiah is the full basis for the new covenant. Only the death of the messiah is found in Daniel 9:26-27.But the next verse, Daniel 9:27, concerns the New Testament Congregation whom Christ has confirmed a new Covenant with! Hello?! All of this took place at the Cross. The Old Testament Congregation fell, and the New Testament Congregation rise in Christ! And Christ already empowered His People at Pentecost to preach to Gospel. The New Testament Congregation was already born. NO need to wait for physical destruction of Jersualem which is absurd! Your position remains refuted.

You obviously have something specific in mind. Why don't you share it?You are distracting. Do your job to find Scripture on how New Covenant was confirmed or make strong like I asked. The answer is right there in the Scripture if you search to find it.
