I want to give up :(

I am sorry I post a lot at times on here. I just am tired of being ill from that allergic reaction to medication. I have made progress since stopping it in October. But it still rules my life.

I just am very discouraged so any prayer would be appreciated. This site is one of only things keeping me pushing on.

Don't give up, trust in God. I know it seems like you're getting nowhere, but you are. He's going to use this that seems bad right now for something unfathomably awesome in the future.

Think of this as just something to add to your "resume" to help others and have to help you the rest of your life. Imagine being in a local drug store much later into the future when you're either a wrinkly old lady or a prince waiting to be kissed* and running into a young, vibrant, new to the faith 24 year old girl you've seen around the neighborhood a few times, walking to the counter with a box of antidepressants and a look of complete despair, and being given the chance to minister to her with testimonies of what you've gotten through with God. You'll talk about this, and even greater hardships that make this look like a walk in the park, and you'll have gotten through ALL of these just fine with God on your side, too.

Thanks guys. I agree Jesse. Some parts of the day are just harder than others. I am sorry for my negativity I just need something good and I hope it comes soon.

I know this experience is helping me with many things and I will be better for it. I just been waiting so long but I feel bad because some people have it worse. And I sit here whining.

I've been reading your messages on the Christian Message Board for the last several days.

I want to give you some cheering up, and some spiritual advice...

Never, ever give up on yourself!

Father God is preparing YOU (especially spiritually) with your life!

Try to keep this positive thought in your mind....Father God wants YOU right where you are in your life at this time.

He has his reasons "why," and maybe right now, you may not fully understand "why," but, later on, "He" will reveal to you, "why" you had to go through what you did.

If He wanted you somewhere else with your life, you would be there right now.

While you are recuperating from your illness, try to concentrate on your spiritual life with personal prayer, reading the Bible or good spiritual books, praying and offering your sufferings for people...just like you are doing right now...on the Christian Message Board.

Also, do you have any hobbies you could work on?

Father God really loves YOU for "accepting" the sufferings he has entrusted to your care.

Just think of how many people YOU are saving with your sufferings!

When Father God is ready, He will move you "onward" with your life.

And don't worry, He will NOT forget you!

He Loves YOU so very much!

I am only telling you all this, because I've been where you are, about 25 years ago.

Father God was calling me to draw myself closer to him, and I accepted whatever he wanted to give to me...including illness.

If you feel sometimes like Father God has "abandoned" you, remember that He is even "closer" to you in your heart and soul. And that is because he is wanting "you" to draw yourself closer to "Him." That is why you feel this "abandonment."

Another term that is used is called "The Dark Night Of The Soul."

Just continue to accept Father God's will in your life, and you cannot go wrong!

And if you feel like giving up, just tell Satan to "take a walk," and let Satan know that you "Belong Entirely" to Father God, and YOU "Love Him Very Much!"

And I will continue to pray for you everyday, that Father God will be guiding and directing you with your life!

May Father God Bless You and Your Family!

Thanks so much for the prayers please forgive me being discouraged at time or posting so much. You all have no clue how uplifting your support is to me.

Don't give up. In Life we always face trials and we get through them. Such is life. You too can move through them.Isaiah 40.31 For they that wait upon the Lord , shall never faint , never fall, They shall mount up as eagles. Remember you can move mountains, God did not give you a spirit of fear, but a sound mind. But I do say, check with your doctor about these medications. I have allergys and I have to try to find the best way to create more balance. Seek your doctor, maybe also as well look to a natural pathic physicial to go along with it as then you can gain a second opinion. It works for me. Peace and Love to you.
