@ S.ilvio-san: I so agree with that. However, there are some exceptions though. Like green tea. But matcha milk tea ain't bad though, especially when sugar saturation is either @ 50-100% then I guarantea that it is good. Also, I never ever enjoy Starbucks' green tea frappes without em'.

Why yes, they do.
Caffeine has no affect on me whatsoever.
I could drink a large coffee, a soda, and tea, right before bed and have no problems falling asleep.

You know, even if I drink a glass of wine before bed it has the same effect. People say drink something alcoholic if you can't sleep. It has the exact opposite effect on me.

You know, even if I drink a glass of wine before bed it has the same effect. People say drink something alcoholic if you can't sleep. It has the exact opposite effect on me.

Speaking of which, I sometimes drink sake before I go to sleep because when I can already feel the alcohol's activity, I go dive on the bed's surface and go to dreamland.

I have tried it - years ago [worked in Chinses restaurant]. Not bad. Thats all i remember - it wasnt bad. LOL
