I make no bones about the fact that I was part of the problem here for quite some time. In fact, I said that very clearly in my first post in this thread. I don't recall ever calling you "deceived" or a "victim", but I do recall saying things to you and about you I should not have said.
But we will never get past this if every time one of us tries to "take the high road", the other throws up in our face what we've done wrong in the past and gets indignant because of the perceived "lecture".
How do you propose we get past this? How do we stop the intentional misrepresentation of the other's beliefs? Is it by lecturing me about lecturing?
This is my suggestion;
I will freely admit that I have failed at doing this in the past. But I am trying to do better.
My "lecture" is, we should respect one another and treat each other like we're all a part of the same body.
