"and keepeth them"...that's the condition.

Then how do you answer James 4:4?

The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

God's love for mankind as a group does not entail that He loves each and every human being.
The difference between the unrepentant sinner and some one who is Born Again who has sinned is this.

Unrepentant sinners, dive into and wallow in sin, They reject God and His grace. So He won't have anything to do with them.
He doesn't answer their prayers, nor helps when they call out to Him. Until they come to Him with a contrite heart and broken Spirit, And they come to Him because He draws all men to Christ. Repenting of the sins and placing their Trust in Christ.

Those of us who are Born Again, yes, we sin, we are sinners saved by grace, justified by Christ. Meaning that our sins have been forgiven all the way back to our birth, they no longer exist.
Because of Christ dying on the cross He endued us with His righteousness and we become like Christ, we are to put on Christ as we would a coat. In God's eyes He sees Christ, not us.
That doesn't give us and excuse to sin, not at all.
But someone who says they are Born Again, and then wallows in sin, lives in the world and obeys the world over God, then I would have to question whether or not they were saved from the beginning.
Light and darkness don't mix.

Read Romans 6:15-23....too much to put on here. Paul talks very extensively about this.

There is no question that Christ wants obedience.

Your statement is that "His love will shine upon us ONLY if we walk in obedience".

That is false. We are not loved or saved by obedience.

We are saved through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross for the forgiveness of sin.

Only God bestows His blessings. We petition God. We do not control God.

Jesus said to love one another AND bless those who curse you. Vengeance is Mine Sayeth the Lord.

God also tells us that we are NOT righteous to judge, because only God knows the heart of a man and judges in righteousness.

Matthew 5:44 says,

"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;"
