I'm praying for you
1. Jenna has gotten me worried and I care about her
- you need to let God worry about Jenna....getting yourself worked up is not good for you. Pray for her and know that lifting her up to pray is the best thing you can do for her.
2. Jennifer told me something and I am also concerned about her -
Being there for Jennifer to talk to is acting in a christian like manner. God is smiling down on you. Please know that God is in control and he will take care of Jennifer as well.
3. One of my aunts is addicted to drugs
- Pray for her and take lessons from her life. Know that drugs is not the way to solve life's problems. God and the Word of Life is what is going to get you through life. Soak them up in your mind and saturate yourself in the Word. Be the example to your aunt that by being on the path of God she can find happiness.
4. Another one of my aunts is struggling in life -
is there anything you can do to give her some help. If she has children...can you offer babysitting services for her. If she doesn't have children....offer your friendship and love. Pray for her and know that God is actively in her life as well. Pray for her.
5. I am struggling in school
- not sure what you are struggling with...friends?, school work?, teachers?....but know that there is help for you. Go to a counselor in school , tell them what you need academically. With your teachers be honest with them and tell them what your concerns, struggles and needs are. They are there to help you and get you along in the right direction. Just be yourself and love and enjoy life and you'll have loads of friends
6. I am scared about all those people in Iraq and wont be home for Christmas -
I'm praying for all the men and women that are serving this country. Praying that God will keep his protection over them. These men and women have made a decision to serve and have decided that protecting this country, serving to protect others in other countries is a good thing. They know what they are doing. I am so very proud of them and support them with everything that I can give. That is what you can do for them. If they know that you are behind them , then they will be able to focus totally on the job. They won't have be worried about us. Pray for them...let God know that you are concerned for them and He will answer your prayer.
7. My asthma has been reallllllllly bad. -
make sure you tell your parents and keep your medicine with you at all times. Maybe a visit to the doctors is in order to help in managing it better.
I just need prayer please! I am only 16 and I cant handle all of these things
Sweetheart....you need to know what your limitations are and know what you can and can't do. I as an adult have realized that doing to many things at the same time is not good for my mental health. I have learned to simplify my life, let go of things that are way beyond my control. Take one thing at a time and deal with that before you move onto the next. Pray to God and let him sort the other things out. He is in control. I hope that I have helped you and not said anything to upset you. But I just want you to know that it is going to be ok and don't worry so much. I'll say a prayer for you tonight. Rest easy.
God Bless,
Newbeliever
