Is there at least a moral to the story?

You have questions, my film has answers, yes there are many morals actually, it is really about how human beings love and forgiveness no joke, it’s just in the guise of a boundary pushing horror film
Welcome to CF! I have to say, I always admire non-christians who genuinely want to know Christians thoughts on things, because I know it can sometimes be intimidating for non-christinlans.Good day friendly Christians!
My name is Naz Red, I am a filmmaker and I think I am a pretty good guy! I recently made a film called "Debbie and The Devil" in which I play Satan, and it is a very fun, funny, silly scary movie. Unfortunately, I have been informed by Christian friends that I am going to hell for making this film. Our website is debbieandthedevil.com and I think it is a fun movie for teens to enjoy, but every Christian person I know says I will go to hell for this movie because they say it is blasphemous! I'm like, maybe, but it's a cool movie. I feel there is an interesting debate here in terms of cinema and Christianity and think it would make for a thought provoking conversation for my podcast and so I am inviting any and all Christians to come onto my show and talk it out, I want to know why Christians think I am going to hell for making a silly movie. True, there are things in the film that are racy and violent and yes I guess blasphemous but I don't know really. We portray Jesus as a black samurai and I think that's cool, not blasphemous, and I think maybe my Christian friends think it is blasphemous to have the devil be a cool guy and there is a scene where the Devil and Jesus are telling yo momma jokes to one another which is just silly. At any rate, I would love to hear what other Christians think and if you are feeling up to having a recorded debate over the phone, I would love that! We can exchange information and we can set a day and record a healthy talk, I love my movie because it is cool but I guess there are parts of it that are offensive but my intentions are pure: I just want to entertain the youth! Thank you all and have a wonderful day

I have a lot to say about this (as a 20 year old girl in college). One thing I ask non-Christians before getting into religion or what what I believe is asking them how they would explain Christianity. This helps me know where the person is at and in what ways are they disconnected from Christians or Christianity. So what would you describe Christianity as being all about?
So, there was this guy. Great guy. And he said, "hey man, love each other. And you know what? Love your enemy too, just love man, and be forgiving, and don't judge people because who are you or him or her to judge another human being?" (the Mary Magdalene story comes to mind) and that's how I see the beginnings of Christianity. But if you were to ask me how I would put that story of that man into some sort of daily practice, I would say it all boils down to being chill with your fellow man (or woman, excuse the sexist language) and you know, doing the right thing in whatever given circumstances, what ever that may be. I think
This feels like a shameless plug just to get more hits on your movie. If your interested in salvation then making a movie has nothing to do with it, seek Jesus and ask your questions to him.Good day friendly Christians!

I saw the trailer. I'm sort of a horror buff, but I ask the question to you as much as myself: is there any hope or redemption in it, or is it just pure defilement?Good day friendly Christians!
