• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I like cheese.

I usually never plan vacations. We just say, hey lets go! Then we go, if we can.
I currently have no plans for vacations in the future. But that may change later. :)

As far as summer vacation from school. :) I had three weeks off, two of which I was on a road trip. I'm back in school now though. :)

◘ If you could choose just one charity worldwide to donate money to, which one would you choose and why?
○ How does your faith instruct your daily life?
◘ If you were a book, what genre would you be and why do you think so?
○ Do you appreciate what you have or do you complain about what you don't have?
◘ If you could have known someone as a child that you know now, who would it be and why?

1. I don't know what charity I would donate to. I'd probably look into different ones, then pray about it.

2. I don't really know what you mean.... could you give an example?

3. If I were a book (which is highly improbable since I am a human), then it would highly depend on the author as to what genre it would be. Because it's all a matter of perspective. If I wrote it (which I wouldn't because I would be a book, and how can a book write itself?) then I'd be a mix of adventure, fantasy, and with much humor, and some seriousness as well.

4. I appreciate what I have, and am very grateful for it. It doesn't really make sense to complain about what I don't have because it's pointless and if it's something I could have but just don't have due to me not getting it, then why complain about it when I could do something about it.

5. I can't think of anyone. They came into my life when it was time for them to come into my life. I sometimes am curious about older relitives (and sometimes other people too) and what they were like as a child, but I'm fine with knowing them now.

◘ Other than Christ, what is the most important gift God has given you in the past?
○ If Jesus appeared before you in person, in a tangible, visible form, would you doubt it was truly Him?
◘ When the darkness invades your life and you have to start over, where do you start?
○ If you could write the perfect ending to the life story of someone you love, how would the story end?
◘ Do your dreams, hopes, and visions for the future involve the will of God?

1. Joy.

2. I have no idea.

3. With Jesus. He's the one that can pull me out of the darkness.

4. The story would end pointing out something in their life that significanly effected me in my life. Or perhaps how they significanly effected someone else's life.

5. They do. Though sometimes I don't want to obey the will of God, He helps me want to obey His will for my future.

◘ Would you accept $1,000,000 to leave the country and never set foot in it again? Why or why not?
○ If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one ability or quality, what would it be? Why?
◘ If you could choose how you die, how would it be?
○ Would you be willing to murder an innocent person if it would end hunger in the world? Would it torment you more to have the blood of an innocent person on your hands or to know you let millions of people die from hunger?
◘ If you were to die today with no opportunity to communicate with anyone, what would you most regret not having told someone? Why haven't you told them yet?

1. I would have to really pray about it and figure out what God wanted me to do. The money part of it doesn't really matter, because what good does one million dollars in american money do in another country? Even if the money was accepted in that form in another country, or if the money was in other currency, I don't think it really would make a difference. I'd possibly leave for some other reason than money.

2. I'm not sure... I supose more wisdom or patience. But I don't know. :)

3. I once told a girl I met at jr high summer camp, how I wanted to die. Falling. I love heights. (I'm also afraid of heights for some reason.), but that's what I always told people of how I wanted to die... I hope I didn't scare any of them. Currently I don't really care how I die. I'm going to leave that up to God to decide. I would prefer it to be painless though, but most people do. :)

4. I wouldn't murder the person. If there was a person that had to be killed to stop world hunger I would leave that up to God. It's not my job to kill someone who is God's. Even if this person was not innocent I don't think I could kill them.

5. I can't think of anything really. I'm ready to die whenever God wants me to. Though it would be cool to get to talk to some people first. And ask them what they are up to and how they are doing... just the normal stuff. :)

◘ Would you move to another country for someone you deeply love?
○ How many times during the day do you look at yourself in the mirror?

1. Yes.

2. Sometimes not at all. It depends on if I walk into a room that has mirrors in them, and I'm not too busy with other stuff to stop and look in the mirror.

3. I don't rehearse what I'm going to say. Though I should probably write a list down of what I needed to say in some cases. But if I rehearse anything it's either a waste of time, or it might make me nervous, and I don't like following rehearsed things.

4. I can't think of one.

5. I suppose, always have a family, the normal family, and also a church family. But more than that, would be the always knowing that God is always with me.

◘ Have you ever not asked someone out because you were afraid of rejection?
○ Are you a 'freak' about cleanliness and/or organization?
◘ If u were kidnapped and could bring one personal possession with you, what would you bring?
○ So many people don't know that...
◘ If you could replace one historic world figure, who would it be and what would you do differently?

Aww, Winnie the Pooh, my favorite. :)

1. I've never asked someone out. Who knows about the future.

2. Usually not.

3. Don't know. My cell phone perhaps... then I could call for help, that is, if the kidnappers don't take the phone away which is highly likely. :)

4. Nah.

If you won $1,000,000 what would you do with it?

What are your thoughts on the state of public schools?

What are your thoughts on private schools?

What are you thoughts on homeschooling?

What are your three main sources of news? (be specific, don't say tv - say what network, don't say newspaper - say what newspaper, don't say internet - say what site....)

1. 3rd grade.... it's such an awesome grade so I took it twice. :D I'm not sure what subject I'd like teaching most.... possibly math... since that was my favorite subject in 3rd grade... :) But I think it would be fun to teach bible. :)
2. Either a book store, a music store (musical instruments and sheet music and supplies), or a pet store (but that's less likely). I'd choose this simply because I like books, playing music, and pets.
3. I think it would depend on the rural or urban setting.
4. I still have barbies, I take pictures of them, and one of the places I always try to go to in a store is the barbie section... and if there is a really good doll there I might buy it....
5. I suppose any phobia I have at all is odd. Just because of the fact that it is a phobia, an irrational fear. I have tried to over come them... sometimes it's possible and sometimes it's seems nearly impossible.

1. I don't know what I'd do with that money.

2. I have only ever attended public community colleges and that is different than public schools elementary - high school. So I can't really say for sure.

3. There are some good private schools and some bad private schools. I went to both. Good ones are very worth going to... and bad ones are, of course, not worth going to. Generally private schools are supposed to be stronger academically than public schools... Therefore harder for the students to keep up with it all.

4. Homeschooling is awesome. I was homeschooled for many of my schooled years. I hope to homeschool my own kids someday.

5. Alas I have no tv, no newspaper, and recently the internet has been having trouble working. I hear my news whereever I can.

1. God. The lesson it self wasn't the painful part I supose. It was being able to let go and say good bye to ones I love and the lesson was knowing Romans 8:28.
2. A great teacher cannot become great if they never improved.
3. Nope.
4. I'm really not sure since I don't know everything. :)
5. I like cheese! :p I don't really know... why would I want a stranger to come up to me and whisper something in my ear? I'd probably ask them why they were whispering.

◘ What impact do you want to leave on the world?
○ How short would your life have to be for you to start living different today?
◘ Give an example of when a negative experience has had a positive outcome in your life.
○ Do you dislike or like people who are proud of themselves and don't try to hide it? Why?
◘ Do you believe there is such a thing as world peace, or is it necessary in life for there always to be a duality in existence?
