But who can i trust but my fellow bpd's. I want to put some pictures up on my profile page but do not know how to do it. Can you tell me how?

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I know this isn't specifically related to BPD but what the heck right?
Okay, I'm not a Microsoft certified anything but you click on USER CP up there in the top, left corner. That stands for User Control Panel. Then you can add a profile pic by clicking on "Edit Profile Picture". You'll have to have the pic you like saved on your PC and when you click Browse, pick the pic. That will upload it (if it's the right size and stuff). If all looks good, click [Save Changes] and you got a profile picture! YAY!
If you just want to add photos like to an album or something, you can click "Pictures and Albums". I think you have to make an album first, but I think I called mine "Faithful Family" or "Faithful's Photos" or something amazingly complex like that. Then the process is a little bit similar to the profile pic--you have to have the photo on your PC, you click [Browse], highlight the pic you want, and it downloads it. Voi la! Pictures on your profile.
I know these directions aren't perfect but I bet you'll get the idea huh? If you have questions you can PM me too and I'll try to walk ya through it.
