I dont know what to do with this bunch !

Hello.
Ive made several post here. The last
Was doing streaming....
Ok...so we have an older working
System...but to do anything
We need to convert to hdmi
Or usb.....but nobody will
Step forward to do anything,
So im trying...today, one of the
Board was asking why even broadcast
Via youtube....they should come
To church....then later said he was
Getting tired of everything and start
His own church that follows the word
Of god.
We also dont have a webpage, im trying...
The same person said he did once, will
Not help, we have it, and others in chuch,
They said no....too much work.
The same person does facebook....
Does things an hour or two before
It happens, and you cant read things
Since it is too small.
I am on several committees....i try, nobody
Wants to do anything or minium....
To make things worse, i am the church
Caretaker....i can be there 24 hrs a day,
I am getting tired nobody will do anything.

Are we not to help the church...or at church..and help people....
All of this is wearing on me....and
My health is not that good.
What to do ?

What to do ?

See a doctor and get a full medical check. Are you physically and mentally up to doing all you do?

If the answer is yes, then determine what are your responsibilities and notify the pastor and all the committee of what you do or are going to do and that is what you do.
If somebody else will not do some other task you no longer do, it won't get done.

If you are not able to carry on give a letter of resignation with a months months and leave.

It will then be somebody else's job to do it.

If nobody will help do things and everything is left to you leave.

Church live is about joint working together, not about watching one guy work himself to death.

I agree with Tolworth John... clearly define what you WILL do, or ask the "Board" for a list of prioritized tasks and do those.

I'll be honest with you though, while reading through your post I kept thinking "Does God still want him there? Is his season over there and is it time to move to another church where life, love, and teamwork are the Christian model?" So ask God, "Is it time for me to move on?" Then do what He tells you to, so you'll have no remorse, no ill feelings, and of course not regret after leaving. Who can feel regret when doing what God has asked in this type of situation?
