I'm too exhausted to talk about it. I used to have joy. I used to be alive. But now I'm drowning over something so irrational that it brings me shame and embarassment. Something must be wrong with me.

How can something so irrational bring fear and depression?

If you can spare a moment, please pray for me.

It is odd the things we will obsess and trip up over... they may seem to be trivial, yet we are unable to shake the feeling of guilt, embarassment, etc.

It may be because we are too hard on ourselves.
God forgives all and loves regardless.
