The OP acknowledged that what she did was wrong. There is no reason to go in and beat her up about it. Her basic question is, "What now?"

No church is perfect, and every church has sinners. No one - NO ONE - has a right to condemn you except Christ Himself.

What are you on about?
Where have I condemn her, I simply adviced her. its necessary to be able to differentiate stating the truth from condemnation.
No one condemned her. By asking her to leave they did her a favor and she'd be better off not going back there. Would you like to face hundreds of faces who already know you are a fornicator? Dont you know news travel fast.
Jesus WILL not come down and advice the OP. Jesus uses people. If she is not taught a lesson, she wont learn. God disciplines His children as well. And if one of the disciplines is what the OP is going though now, she needs it to learn for the future.
I dont have time for sentiments and "oh poor girl". That wont help her.
NO ONE is perfect but people should learn to accept the consequences of their sins.

Thank you for all the concerns. I think it is much better that I left the church, 'cause If I did stay there I would still see that married man everyday. In this way I could leave my sinful life.

I took everyone's advice to seek counselor. And I found Jesus. I became so busy finding a counselor in human form, even a friend. But no one is perfect. But only Jesus could give me peace and true forgiveness and perfect advice. I am happy now although everyday is a battle with pain. I found Jesus. I found God, He found me. I am much secured now. And found hope not to end my life. But live my life again for God.

Please don't argue, okay? I just became (over) sad when I left the church since I love them all, everyone there, and I envy that I won't be with them in youth fellowships anymore. But God made me understood what I've done and what I should do.

Right now, I don't know what will happen but I know it will be fine as long I'm with God. You guys really helped me. May God bless u all! Let God reward you! Blessings! :)

I understand every point of view you all have. And I am thankful for everyone.

Please still pray for me, because everyday is a battle. Thank you brothers and sisters.

Glory all to God!

Thank God for His mercies on your life and on every of His children's lives. Your first paragraph is exactly why you needed to leave the church and that was best for you that they asked you to leave so the church DID the right thing contrary to what many have said.

I pray you will continue to seek God and leave the old lifestyle. When He delivered the prostitute who was about to be stoned. His last words to her was "Go and sin no more"

You should never have left the church. Why are you depressed? Go back to the church.

Romans 4:25 AMP
Who was betrayed and put to death because of our misdeeds and was raised to secure our justification (our acquittal), making our account balance and absolving us from all guilt before God.

1 John 2:12 KJV
I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.

You will find a better church and hopefully more believing church members.
I think that it would be best that you find another church, but maybe I am looking at things from a different perspective.
The other half of this situation is a married youth minister. Adultery is a sin and is never acceptable; but he is the one that took the vow, to God, to his wife, and chose to disregard that vow. He is a pastor, a Shepard of the flock. He is responsible to protect and nurture the flock; not prey on them. He has abused the trust placed in him.
For the Senior Pastor to reach this conclusion is incredibly stupid and uncaring. If the congregation would be reluctant to forgive and accept her, that doesn't sound like a church, more of a gossip society. But if that is the solution for her, how much more so for a pastor? What example does this set? She is told that she needs to find another church, but "Brother Bubba" remains as a youth pastor and continues living in the church. So he is the example that is held up for their children and youth? The strength of his belief and his Godly walk remains acceptable to the congregation?
My thought is that it is time to "shake the dust off of your sandals" and find a church holds to true Christian values and not "boys will be boys"
Just my thoughts.
God has already forgiven you and some good advice has been posted.
God Bless

So are you actually seeing a counselor now, or are you just looking for one?

To help facilitate turning your life around, I will ask:

Have you fornicated or had an affair with anyone else? If so, is there any sort of pattern you can derive from this as to what made you fall? Have you identified the mistakes that were made which actually led up to the affair?

A youth leader?
Sexual sins of church leadership come up in the news all the time.
These people are false hypocritical liars.
Pauls says to expel such a one from among you.

1 Cor 5
Immorality Must Be Judged

9 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.

12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”

Now this command is more directed to those who are wilful sinners. Those who keep on sinning and won't repent. You disassociate from them.

As far as a youth leader who has done such a thing, I would not want my kids to be learning or under their pastorship in any fashion. Their judgement is faulty and they have no discernment over spiritual things. I have talked with some people like this and they have the attitude that whatever they do, God forgives them, so they do whatever they want or say they have no power to resist temptation, they can not stop sinning. (They do separate in their minds one sin being worse than say murder, sexual sins being far down the list of badness), so it is turning God's grace into lewdness.

Jude

4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Old and New Apostates

5 But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; 7 as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

God judges those who are outside the church, the church with God's help is supposed to judge those inside the church. That is why you are supposed to expel wilful sinners from the church.

Sexual immorality in scripture has always carried a heavy penalty.

The entire text
1 Cor 5
1 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles—that a man has his father’s wife! 2 And you are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he who has done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3 For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed. 4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

6 Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? 7 Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.[c] 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
