In Christ we rise
To address some of the notions set forth in general within this thread:
The body of Christ is made up of humans who have all fallen short of the glory of God by sinning 1 time in the past. That's really all it takes to fall short of "the glory".
A continuation of sin is not necessary as to qualify for having fallen short.
We all sinned in the past, but sin doesn't have to be in anyone's lives unless they want it there.
The problem many professing Christians have is that they say "im not perfect" becuase I sin... Which is true, but they dont call their sins, transgressions, or criminal activity.
That's what sin is in essence, transgression of the law. "I'm a criminal because of my choices" is what the sinner should admit to, not "I was born imperfect, cant help myself".
All the while, the sinner engages in adultery, thievery, lying, sodomy, and the like.
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. (I Corinthians 6:9, 10 NKJV)
Regarding the OP:
Unfortunate, but stay in Christ, endure to the end, walking in the spirit, not the flesh.
