• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

I don't know about Fuzzyrug, but I too had complete recovery from
Scrupulosity. I still struggle with insomnia and obsessions like perfectionism
and other problems. But I no longer have blasphemous thoughts nor the
total nightmare of living with the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit and what
I had thought and blasphemed against Jesus, the Holy Spirit and His miracles.

I have completely been delivered from Scrupulosity.

If you want to know how, you can message me... we can exchange emails...
but I am not allowed to discuss deliverance and spiritual warfare on CF.

God is amazing..but we need to engage the enemy and take up our authority
in Christ. We need to KNOW the truth...and God and God alone will set us free.

In Christ,
Michael

Here, here for recovery! Lots of hard work and a good OCD therapist who specializes in ERP/CBT does wonders. I still have little nitpicks every now and then that trip me up for maybe half a day... but they are gone before I even realize it as soon as I practice my exposure techniques. It has been about 6 months now, the longest I've gone without a major OCD episode. God is good!
