Why didn't they either all die or all live? they were all humans but some humans were different from other humans?
with no evolution they should all have been exactly the same all of them made in Gods image, but they weren't were they?
I wonder where God went wrong? oh I forgot it's all down to the fall, silly me, people are different because of the fall.

I'm too good to you guys I even gave you an out because I knew your backs would be against the wall.
I'll let you get back to chatting with the "atheists" now.

It is a desperate need and a deeply psychological one and desperation will trump logic each and every time.

Think of the chain smoker who lights up his next cigarette when he is having trouble catching his breath. He is filling a desperate need, despite his knowing he isn't doing something logical. It is the same thing with fundies, they have to ignore logic, to fill the desperate need.

If by that you mean trusting God and His word then I'm in.

Did you know that there is a 99.9% chance that you would be saying the same thing about Alah if you were born in Saudi Arabia?
Where were atheists born?

If you knew me, there would be a zero chance of that unless I was forced into it. I did not grow up Christian although I was exposed to it. I make my own decisions based on my own research. An answer from the God of the bible, which I got immediately following prayer, helps as well.

LOL. A snowflake is evidence that humans are the product of a random, mindless, meaningless, purposeless and directionless mechanism acting on a single life form from long long ago?

I gotta admire your faith, as misplaced as it is.

And why is that a problem? Doesn't it show that a natural process can give rise to something that is highly ordered and non random?

I would say at least a small percentage of them were born in Saudi Arabia.

While, I'm sure CabVet's estimate is hyperbole, I think you should try to at least grasp the idea of what a percentage is.

And you really don't think that exposure had anything to do with the decision you made? That, had you been raised in a completely different environment by different people, an environment where you would likely not even be allowed access to the same materials, that you would still make the same decision?

I make my own decisions based on my own research.

As near as I can tell, that's not the case. You pretty much just regurgitate creationist boilerplate, then ignore anything that speaks against it.

There are many in those conditions who do not follow those religions or who have changed to a different one.

I was not actively seeking God. At the time, God came to me (sent me the gospel message) through other Christians.

No one is arguing that. Regardless, you are more likely to adopt the dominant religion of whatever area you live in. If you lived in Saudi Arabia, you would mostly likely NOT be a Christian. You might be, sure, but more than likely you wouldn't.

At the time, God came to me (sent me the gospel message) through other Christians.

And if you lived in Saudi Arabia, you probably wouldn't even meet any other Christians.

I would have been presented the gospel from God there as well. Do you think living in a particular area limits God?

And if you lived in Saudi Arabia, you probably wouldn't even meet any other Christians.

There are many Christian missionaries there. There are also many Hindus and Buddhists.

Perhaps. But it's not very likely.

There are many Christian missionaries there. There are also many Hindus and Buddhists.

Maybe. That doesn't change the fact that, most likely, you would not have any meaningful encounters with them.
