How was your day?

dead exhausted today, as the emotional toll of cleaning up after years of neglect is pretty huge....

for example, I've got a lot of old make up I have to get rid of, but it has ties to my former hubby. Its just been lying there, getting old and needed to be thrown out.

I just stopped living and didn't care about anything any more, at least not like this kind of stuff.

so going through and getting rid of worn out purses and shoes, old clothing...its more emotional that I ever thought!

mostly, hard emotional work lately, plus physical pain too, makes for slow days of cleaning and sorting and then resting a lot....as well as just letting the tears come flowing...

Not a good day for me. I accidentally wore the wrong shoes to work today, and didn't notice until the boss pointed it out to me. On top of it, it's now obvious that the new bank card I got on Monday isn't working any better than the old one I got replaced.

Pretty decent Thanksgiving.. spent most of the day @ the in-laws, now at home watching tail-end of the Redskins game.
Unfortunately did learn that a nephew of mine is suffering from some mental anguish. It's hard seeing a young, honorable man going thru a new, difficult affliction.

How did this Thanksgiving treat other CF members (?)

My day was alright. Treated myself to a Starbucks for all the trouble I've been through this past week. Went to Billings, hung out with my parents. Rediscovered a song I used to like, made me cry, so I bought it because I still like it. Write about 100 words in my book.
