Are you accusing me of judging when I was asked for my interpretation of what the scripture means? It's not my place to judge, only God can judge us.

When I said "you" I meant "we" everyone. I corrected it but not sure if that was what you were referring to. It's not my place to judge, but we are told to teach each other though scriptures.

I serve Jesus. He said IF you love Me, keep My commandments. John 14:15. Do we serve Jesus when we listen and obey or disobey? Keeping the commandments is a fruit of our faith.

If you are directly holding any and all up to the high standard of the Ten Commandments very strictly, and cannot ever see any kinds of exceptions needing to be ever be made in them or to them at all ever only, etc, then you are dishing/dealing out judgments without mercy, for which you may receive a judgement back without mercy, etc...

And to show mercy, is greater than all, etc...

Obedience or sacrifice, etc...

I read yours perfectly, in your first post to me.
You are a Legalist., so defined by your inability to accept, believe, or explain Why the Blood of God is Salvation, and not your commandment keeping.
You've continued and will continue to define yourself as this, and this is not going to end, unless you come to the knowledge of "the Truth" and make that leap of faith.
So...
i only reply regarding your theology, as its the same Legalism posted, in every post.

You call yourself "sabbath" because you are proving that your idea of Salvation is related to the old testament, where sabbath keeping was necessary.

Jesus told us we should teach about keeping the commandment. Mathew 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

The message from 90% of the churches is the commandments have been "done away with" or there are just "two" or nine. This is not what the bible teaches. We should strive to keep all the laws in Spirit and the letter. The Spirit helps us keep the letter. Jesus provides us with the Holy Spirit to help us obey Him John 14:15-18, Acts 5:32. What is impossible for us, is possible with God. Luke 18:27 When we stumble, repent and pick yourself back up and keep trying. True repentance means turning away from sin. God will help us for those who really want to obey.


Jesus is coming soon and one of the last verses in the bible says this:

Revelations 22:12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

But we ourselves must show mercy as well, etc, and I agree with you about repentance, etc, but showing mercy is so very much more than just "when someone wrongs you forgiving them fully", etc, because it also means not holding them up to a standard (in the first place) that maybe "even you may not always be able to always live up to 100% all the time and all of the way fully", let alone "them always doing it fully", etc...

And I am just hoping you are never doing that, etc...?

Jesus himself said "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel". That was his earthly ministry. Doctrine for us He gave through Paul, after His Cross had been completed. It’s all there in the Word.

Paul kept all the commandments.
Paul said he was "blameless in the Law".
He described all this self righteous religious effort as "dung".
Why?
Because that is how God sees your self effort when you try to compare your self effort to God's Holy Son's Blood.

And every person who is trying to keep commandments and do good, to try to be saved and go to heaven is comparing yourself against the Cross.

And let’s not forget how we got on this subject to begin with, this whole conversation about the Greek text was started when you said that any Bible that says God is “A Spirit” is not a real Bible. And I showed you that the word “A” in that verse, John 4:24, was added by the translators of the KJV because it was not in the manuscripts that the translators used which we know without a doubt was the Textus Receptus. That’s when you started going on about the original writings were not written in Greek but that’s still irrelevant because the translators of the KJV didn’t have those original writing to translate from. The whole point is that the word “A” was added in John 4:24 just like the word “you” was changed to “us-ward” in 2 Peter 3:9 because again that’s what we see in the Textus Receptus. So we’re seeing that the translators told us exactly which manuscript they used to translate the KJV Bible but they made changes to the KJV that are different than the manuscripts they themselves said they used. So if any Bible that doesn’t say “God is a Spirit” isn’t a real Bible then the very manuscript the KJV translators used was not a real Bible to begin with so the KJV cannot be a real Bible either if it was translated from a false manuscript.

Are you saying Jesus died so we can continue to sin? I don't see that in my bible.

Jesus did teach us that we show our love to Him though our obedience. John 14:15, 1 John 5:3, John 15:10, Exodus 20:6

Which is what the New Covenant is all about. God's laws written on the heart. Jeremiah 31:33

Obeying God is a fruit of our faith because we love Him. It also shows us we respect His authority. Because if you are not obeying God, you are obeying someone else. There is no Switzerland, we are either with Him or against Him. Mathew 12:30

I dont teach that the greek manuscripts are "the bible".
I teach that the Bible is the english.


So, as i said.

The original apostles letters are the original manuscripts.
None remain.
What we have are the greek copies of the original that we think of as "greek texts".
These copies were collected and assembled as "new testament greek texts".
There are 30, obo.
2-3 are used, most are rejected.

I dont use any of that, because the world does not use the koine greek language.

God in His foreknowledge understood that ENGLISH would become the language that unites all races and all countries, so, that is why the English version, is the authority, and not the greek that isn't used.

So, as i was telling you when you first started harping on your one greek string, a month ago... there is a lot about manuscript evidence and so much more, that is related to why we dont use the Greek, and instead, have the ENGLISH BIBLE as the word of God.

Yes, we are all sinners in need of a Savior. But I believe with the help of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome our sins. With God, all things are possible. I do not believe our sins are greater than our God. That's not to say if we stumble we will not be forgiven. We get back up, repent and keep trying.

1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1 James 1:22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
