How to snag a Wii?

I saw that circuitcity.com is giving a daily giveaway.

I camped out Sunday at 12:00am and didn't get one 8 hrs later (I was 2 ppl too late).

Do I stand a chance at getting one before Christmas?? (I'd get the wife of the year award, and that'd be AWESOME!)

If any of you know of any websites that tell when the next round is being released, PLEASE TELL!!!

If I can't get one in time, hubby'll understand. I'll just get him some games and a Wii-mote and other stuff and get the console ASAP. I'd just really like to get it if possible!!!!!!!!!

on ebay...not sure if it would arrive in time though...and it would cost alot. my advice is to buy it from somone for 50 bucks more.

I figure go with the games and controller. Give him a hand-made (or computer-made) 'coupon' which is 'good for one Wii when supplies arrive'.

But there are a lot of people watching it, and it will probably be very hard to get one. If you absolutely want one, Ebay is the best place. Just make sure you're not bidding on just a receipt like one guy did

I guess I'll just go with the coupon and gear. I don't want it to seem like a tease, though! Haha...

My brother-in-law (who lives with us) just got the Xbox 360 today, so perhaps there will be enough new excitement at our house until I can find the Wii!

Do you think it'll be easier to get one soon after Christmas????

FYI, on that website theartist gave, people in the forums said that toysrus is supposed to have a shipment in later this week. Sounds like maybe the 22nd. I'm going to investigate.

Just wanted to give anyone that info in case there's someone else desperate for one like me!!!!!

I GOT ONE!!!!!! I've called every store around here what seems like eleventy billion times, and fiiiinally a GameStop guy said "we have ONE left!" I told him he'd make my 2007 if he'd save it for me, and he did!!!!!! We've spent the ENTIRE day playing it.
