Not really. We look at the same facts but arrive at different conclusions. I don't look in the bible to determine if the human eye was purposefully designed; I look at the human eye. You look at the same eye and determine that it evolved over billions of years but present virtually no details of how this occured. I would indeed be delusional if I accepted your position.

I never said you have to agree with everything a scientist says if you don't want to. But if you were intellectually honest, you wouldn't willingly say that you ignore parts of a scientific study that supports evolution.

DNA also shows you are not a chimp, and shows that my ancestor is not your ancestor. You can take my DNA and show that my mom is my mom and you mom is NOT my mom. It cannot be used to show me and a chimp have common ancestry. In fact it shows we dont because DNA can be used to show a blood sample belongs to a human or a chimp.

You do not know by genetic evidence. Similarity does not show common ancestry. Genetic evidence actually shows the opposite because it is used to show what something is and what it is specifically related to. That's why we know by genetics that a cow is a cow and not a horse or a spider.

All genetics can show is that there is common design among things. It does not show that all things came from the same thing. Just like we can show you and I did not have the same mother. And it also shows that we are not spiders or horses. Or even chimps.

Surprise, I can't show you a process that takes 100s of millions of years to unfold, in real time in a lab.

Well you could start. Science has had a long time to start an experiment, but so far they haven't been able to show such a process is even possible. So, they assume it is.

Actually you have the same ABO blood types as a chimp and the Rh factor was named for the animal they first found it in- the RHesus monkey. They actually use human blood for chimps if they have to operate on them

No! Those are just random vehicles you’ve lined up in size order. The nested hierarchy is based on each small group also belonging to a larger group . Humans also belong to the larger group-mammals . Mammals belong to the larger group synapsids which means that humans are also synapsids. Humans also belong to deuterostomes along with echinoderms and bilaterians along with fish, “worms”, arthropods, mollusks, and annelids.

This is vague, but It's not accurate. People who have shared ancestors will share more DNA. I took an Ancestry test as did my 1c 1x and she showed up as a cousin in my Ancestry results. A whole bunch of cousins in my dad's side took tests and they show up as well - all because we have a shared common ancestor.
