I just got a rowing mahine. I am increasing the number of situps I do at a time every day. I'm up to around 40.

I don't really work out.
I walk my dogs to the park every day which is about a mile to the park and a mile back. And I have a dance class where we do alot of stretching and some sit ups. But thats it.
I don't really need to work out anyway, I stay thin because I have a fast metabolism.
