How much sleep do you get at night?

Lately 7 hours, but I have stretches where I struggle with insomnia too. I could be exhausted and falling asleep on the couch, then I go to bed and try to sleep, and I’m like oh, Im actually supposed to try to fall sleep now. Then I’m wide awake. Sheesh.

4–6 hours i normally wake up at 3 am - 6 am i go to bed at 11 pm, but I may have ADHD, sleep depravation ,Insomnia
