How much sleep do you get at night? And how do you feel during the day?
I sleep around 6 - 7 hours during the week, and 7 - 8 hours during the weekends.
It works for me so far, especially if I don't sleep too much or too little. Personally, 7 hours for me is best. Sometimes when I sleep more than 8 hours, I feel lazy and tired. Lately been sleeping around 7 hours and it's working pretty well, don't feel tired at all.

For the past few weeks, not helped by the lockdown, though it's starting to relax in my jurisdiction, I go to sleep at like 1:30-2:00 am and wake up at 10:30. While I do get sufficient sleep time, I have to greatly adjust it.

Possibly, that is because your circulation has had more time to slow down. So . . . maybe . . . it can help to do a little leg and arm movement to get your circulation going.

I read that we need 7-8 hours. It is not for getting the right amount of rest depending on how much we have been doing. But it is about getting our nervous system cleaned from all the chemical message materials which have accumulated during our waking time . . . if I understand this right.

If I wake up too soon and don't go back to sleep, I pray for what God will do with me and often I will just lie down and stay still until I feel I am ready to go the right way.

Eight hours during the week, nine on the weekends.

Sleep is a big problem here. Sleep specialists estimate that 60 percent of Americans are sleep-deprived to some extent. Many vehicle crashes are caused by drivers falling asleep. Employers report workers actually falling asleep at their desks.

I've had difficulty with my sleep for a very long time- it's very distressing and has taken quite a toll on my health. Most of the time I can't go to sleep until 3am and I have to be up by 8am. Sometimes I only get 3hrs. I think 7.5hrs is best for me that way I don't crash for 10 hours while my body tries to recover. I sure would be grateful if anyone reading this would pray for me that my body will get back to normal. As I mentioned, it's been very difficult for me to deal with this situation.

@Tigger45 Thank you for praying for me regarding my sleep problems. I just wanted to update you- last night I was able to go to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 8am. YAY! I don't even recall when I was last able to do that.
That’s great, praise God!
