That must have been a greater miracle than the resurrection of Jesus then.
As I understand it, protons carry a positive charge; and just like two positive magnets, they will repel each other.
Now imagine a whole slew of protons forced to exist within the nucleus of an atom --- all trying to repel and get away from each other.
What is holding them together? The Strong Nuclear Force is.
From Hydrogen to [I think] Lead, the SNF has no problem doing its job. In Lead, the SNF is exactly the same strength as the force pushing them apart.
But above Lead on the Periodic Table, and the repelling force is stronger than the SNF, and the atom becomes [I believe the term is] unstable; and the more protons, the more unstable (?) the atom becomes.
(Someone please correct me here if I'm wrong.)
According to Peter, on the "Day of God", God is going to suspend the SNF, and every single proton in existence is going to go flying away from each other.
God is then going to take every single sub-atomic particle in existence and put them back together into a New Heaven and a New Earth.
Now --- why did I say all of this?
If God can give attention to every single sub-atomic particle in this universe, what makes you think it is so inconceivable that He orchestrated a clean-up after the Flood --- right down to the atomic level --- so that no trace --- and I mean
no trace --- was left?
Then documented the Flood, so people wouldn't "be deceived" as others call it, when they look underground and see a "different story".
