While not "unsealed" until the fulfillment of Daniel 12:8-10...
The Bible says there are FIVE (5) "Kingdoms of Heaven" on earth.
There are four temporal Kingdoms before the Lord establishes the fifth eternal Kingdom.

The Bible NAMES the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 5 and 7 and 8 and 19
The Bible NAMES the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 25:1
The Bible NAMES the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 13
The Bible NAMES the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 22:2

Of course any Bible scholar would realize that, while it is not NAMED by Matthew
the First Kingdom was the (1st) Pre-Flood "Kingdom of Heaven" which contained
all the Saints from Adam to Noah. When that Kingdom was finished, all living Saints
were "harvested" on the Ark into the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven".

Of course, when the Jewish Kingdom was finished all living Saints were "harvested"
into the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven" as they followed the Lord Jesus Christ
and His disciples.

It is interesting to note that the Gospel of each Kingdom was different.
The Gospel of the Christian Kingdom contained "new treasure" in addition
to the "old treasure" of the Jewish Gospel. Likewise for the Gospel of the
Fourth Kingdom, it also was different than the previous Gospels.

When the Great Commission is finished and all of the "sheep have been saved".
When all of the Saints have been "sealed"... all living Saints are then "harvested"
out of the Third Kingdom as they follow the person often called the "Anti-Christ"
into the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven".

Mat 25:1 THEN [the beginning of the Great Tribulation] shall the Kingdom of Heaven
[the "wheat" and the "tares"] be likened unto [look like] TEN VIRGINS [all the Believers],
which took their lamps [took their Gospels], and went forth [from the 3rd Kingdom - into
the 4th Kingdom] to meet the Bridegroom [to meet the Lord Jesus].

When the Fourth Kingdom is finished all living Saints are "harvested" into
the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" and the Lord Jesus Christ Returns
at the Seventh Trumpet.

Each of the four temporal "Kingdoms of Heaven" contained BOTH
the saved "wheat/sheep" and the unsaved "tares/goats" claiming
to be Believers. Unfortunately, in each "Kingdom of Heaven" there
were MANY unsaved "tares" and relatively FEW saved "wheat".

BTW.... we can know absolutely that Matthew 25:1 is NOT talking about the
"harvest" of Saints at Pentecost because verses 25:7-9 never happened in
the history of the Great Commission.

The Term "Kingdom of Heaven" is only found in Matthew.
Which Scripture are you asking about... have a chapter/verse?

.
It was posted above: Luke 17:20-21 The term used is Kingdom of God and not Heaven.......Do you find this to be two different places?

Luke 17:20-21

You have asked a good question.
But notice the term used in Luke 17:20 is not "Kingdom of Heaven".... instead, it's "Kingdom of God".... there is a difference.
I will explain the difference in the post below this one - and give examples of verses where the two terms are used separately
and where they are used interchangeably... so check out the following post as well.

Now... to answer your question.

The "Kingdom of God" refers to the ONE ETERNAL KINGDOM which contains only the "wheat/sheep".... but no "tares/goats".
It is the same Kingdom as the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven". Just to be clear.... the "Kingdom of God" represents
a SUBSET of the "Kingdom of Heaven"... it's the Eternal Kingdom - New Jerusalem - containing only the Saints.
The "Kingdom of God" exists during EACH of the four (4) "Kingdoms of Heaven" but it only includes those
who have been "born again".

But let me show you how the Luke account shows four (4) of the five (5) "Kingdoms of Heaven".

-------

Luk 17:20 And when He was demanded of the Pharisees [the Pharisees represent the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven"
containing both "wheat and tares"),
when the Kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said,
The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

The next verse talks about the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven"... during the Great Commission.
It explains that the "Kingdom of God" exists throughout each "Kingdom of Heaven"... but it only contains
the "wheat" and not the "tares"... and it contains a warning about the false doctrines of the "tares" during
the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven".

21 Neither shall they [the tares] say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.

The next passage is talking about the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" when the Anti-Christ reigns
during the Revelations Beast... which occurs AFTER the Great Commission is finished and AFTER all the Saints are "sealed"
and AFTER the "testimony" of the Saints is finished... when salvation is no longer available... because all the "sheep"
have been saved.

Luk 17:22 And He said unto the disciples [the wheat], The days will come, when ye [the wheat] shall desire to see
one of the days of the Son of man [days of salvation], and ye shall not see it [during the reign of the Anti-Christ].
Luk 17:23 And they [the foolish virgins] shall say to you [the wise virgins], See here; or, see there: go not after them
[do not believe the tares preaching the Gospel of the Anti-Christ], nor follow them [do not follow the Beast].

The next verse shows the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" or the ONE Eternal "Kingdom of God"
when ONLY the "wheat" are taken to be with the Lord during the Final Harvest

Luk 17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven;
so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

Can I clarify anything for you?

So...
Matthew introduces the message of Jesus with these words (4:17):
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
...and Mark introduces the message of Jesus with these words (1:15):
“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”

But rather than explain this as a result of two different translators rendering the same Aramaic phrase into Greek (anyone with translation experience recognizes that this kind of thing is common), you explain this as if a Gnostic/English/Greek (i.e., analytic/concrete) approach to the gospel is preferred to the Aramaic (i.e., synthetic/metaphoric) approach.

But here's the bottom-line question: what possible value to any kingdom derives from the distinctions that you seem to think are so important?

The word "kingdom" in that verse uses the original Greek word (see below) and there are 77 occurences of that word in the Bible.

932
basileía (from 935 /basileús, "king") – properly, kingdom; the realm in which a king sovereignly rules. A kingdom (932 /basileía) always requires a king – as the kingdom (932 /basileía) of God does with King Jesus! 932 (basileía) especially refers to the rule of Christ in believers' hearts – which is a rule that "one day will be universal on the physical earth in the Millennium" (G. Archer).

[The kingdom (932 /basileía) is constantly used in connection with the rule of Christ in the hearts of believers – which also extends in various stages.]

The root word can also mean sovereignty or kingship/ruler

Thanks for the input... it is exactly the correct process to check-out the original words and to compare
how they are used in other passages. That is the ONLY way to understand how the Bible defines the word.
God reserves the right to define words as He Pleases... it is our privilege to understand His meaning for the word.

The Strong's Concordance lists G932 (translated as "kingdom") occurring 162 times in the Bible.
I have used Strong's for over 40 years and found it to be the most reliable concordance available.
I do not know why the concordance you used only showed 77 uses.

But I do not think it really matters for two reasons:

(1) The word makes no distinction between physical/political kingdoms (like the Roman empire)
and spiritual kingdoms (like the Jewish Kingdom or Christian Kingdom). We are only concerned
with the spiritual meaning of the word... we already know the "Kingdom of God" is spiritual.
So a concordance only shows us that the word is consistently translated as "kingdom".

(2) The discussion and focus is on the meaning of the difference between "Kingdom of Heaven"
and "Kingdom of God". So we have to see the CONTEXT of passages using the term to discover
what meaning God intended.

The studies on this thread show there are four (4) temporal "Kingdoms of Heaven" on earth before
the Lord Returns to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven".

The studies on this thread show the phrase "Kingdom of Heaven" means the Kingdom of "wheat and tares"
preaching the Gospel of God. It could be the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" [Mat 22:2] or it could be the
(3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven" [Mat 13] or it could be the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" Mat 25:1]

However... there is one caveat:
We find that the term "Kingdom of Heaven" also is used to refer to the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven"
[Mat 5 and 7 and 8 and 19]... which includes only the WHEAT and not the tares... and it includes no flesh.

By contrast, the term "Kingdom of God" ALWAYS refers to the Eternal Kingdom.
In other words... the "Kingdom of God" does not include the "wheat and tares"... it only includes the "wheat".
It is the eternal Kingdom.

Each kingdom is an earthly Kingdom.
The "Kingdom of Heaven" includes the bodies of those preaching the Gospel of God (both the "wheat and tares")
The "Kingdom of God" includes only the SOULS (not the bodies) of the "wheat"... it does not include their bodies.
This is because, when we are "born again" it is only only our SOUL that is regenerated and "translated" from the
Kingdom of Satan to the "Kingdom of God". Our bodies remain in Satan's Kingdom until the Resurrection.
Flesh cannot inherit the "Kingdom of God".

Consider how amazing it is that the difference between the "Kingdom of Heaven" and the "Kingdom of God"
was not revealed to the Saints... until the Last Saints living on earth now. While much of the Lord's preaching
was about the "Kingdom of Heaven" and the "Kingdom of God"... the Biblical Truth about the difference was not
revealed until very recently.

I've never heard of that before and I've been around the Bible a lot over 40 years

I agree... most people have not heard this Biblical Truth.
And I have been preaching for about 40 years.

However the Bible DOES indicate that Daniel's prophecies would not be "unsealed" until the "time-of-the-end" [Dan 12:8-10]
which is also shown as the "Season and Time" on earth AFTER Daniel's Fourth Kingdom is destroyed. [Dan 7:11-12]
BTW... we know absolutely that Rome was not Daniel's Fourth Kingdom because of Daniel 7:12.

So we would not expect anyone to understand the Truth about Daniel's Kingdoms
UNTIL the "time-of-the-end" and/or the "Season and Time". At the same time...
the Bible PROMISES that the Last Saints "shall understand" Daniel's prophecies.

Secondly... history confirms Bible prophecy.
It is a historical FACT that the (1st) Pre-Flood "Kingdom of Heaven" was the FIRST Kingdom on earth.
And it's a historical FACT that the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" was the SECOND Kingdom of earth. [Mat 22:2]
It's a historical FACT that the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven" was the THIRD Kingdom on earth. [Mat 13]
And few would dispute the Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" occurs at the END of the Great Commission. [Mat 25:1]

So you have harmony of History (aka "reality")... and you have harmony of Scripture.
How cool is that?

No the Bible does not say five Kingdoms of Heaven on earth. five Kingdoms of Heaven on earth is false doctrine and false teaching. This thread and topic is not even an eschatological subject.

My friend Douggg (notice I used the 3 g's)

(1) The Bible NAMES the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 5 and 7 and 8 and 19.... are you saying the BIBLE is wrong?

(2) The Bible NAMES the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 25:1.... are you saying the BIBLE is wrong?

(3) The Bible NAMES the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 13... are you saying the BIBLE is wrong?

(4) The Bible NAMES the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven" in Matthew 22:2.... are you saying the BIBLE is wrong?

Now I admit that the Bible does not NAME the (1st) Pre-Flood Kingdom as the "Kingdom of Heaven"...
but most Bible scholars can figure-out which Kingdom preceded the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven"

Thank you for expressing your "feelings" on the subject.
And thank you for cutting-and-pasting a bunch of Scriptures,
but you only need to deal with the Scriptures noted in #1-4 above.

I don't understand you....
You want me to show you that that the (1st) Pre-Flood Kingdom which included all the Saints from Adam to Noah
occurred BEFORE the (2nd) Jewish Kingdom which included all the Saints in national Israel? And you want me to show you
that the Jewish Kingdom occurred BEFORE the (3rd) Christian Kingdom which included all the Saints following the Lord Jesus?

Is this not common knowledge?

The bible does not name them as 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 for there to be five distinct Kingdoms of Heaven. In contrast, the bible does say for example 7 kings in Revelation 17. And 2 witnesses in Revelation 11.

The numbers are in the text.

But number designations are not in any of the text you reference. Nor Great Tribulation prefix; nor Christian prefix; nor Jewish prefix.

First... I have already given you the SCRIPTURES showing the BIBLE calling each of the Kingdoms by the NAME "Kingdom of Heaven"
So I do not understand WHY you want to argue with me about what the Bible NAMES as the definition of a specific phrase.
Apparently, the only fault you can find is the Bible did not do the math (addition) for you. Sorry about that, complain to God.
But you should remember this mystery was "sealed" (from all Saints) until a specific time.
That time is called the "Season and Time" [Dan 7:11-12]

I will try to help you by starting with the FACT that Daniel 7 reveals there are four (4) Kingdoms on earth
before the Lord Returns to establish the Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven".... and I will remind you that the number 5
comes after the number 4.

Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the FOURTH KINGDOM UPON EARTH, which shall be diverse
from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

(1) Daniel 7 reveals there are four (4) temporal "Kingdoms" on earth before the Lord Returns
to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom". The term "Beast" refers to "Kingdoms" of very real people.
Those people are called by many different names in many other passages - but that is another post.

(2) You can claim there are not five "Kingdoms of Heaven" on earth as much as you want.
However, your fight is with the BIBLE (not with me). I have already listed the SCRIPTURES
which name each of the Five Kingdoms - except the (1st) Pre-Flood "Kingdom of Heaven".
But any serious Bible student would admit the (1st) Pre-Flood Kingdom from Adam to Noah
preceded the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven"... which was the "wheat and tares" living
in national Israel.

(3) More than all of that....
You are not only arguing with the Harmony of Scripture, you are also arguing with history (reality).
It is a historical FACT that the (2nd) Jewish Kingdom followed the (1st) Pre-Flood Kingdom and
the (3rd) Christian Kingdom followed the Jewish Kingdom.

And most (if not all) eschatology students would admit that the Great Tribulation FOLLOWS
the end of the Great Commission.

I doubt if you can find ANYONE who will argue the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" is not the LAST KINGDOM.

So you are arguing with the Bible (not with me)....
And you are arguing with History/Reality (not with me)....
Good luck with that.

Those scriptures have always been there. But what you are attempting to add is your innovation of asserting the text says 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ...... kingdoms of Heaven. You are also adding Great Tribulation prefix; Christian prefix; and Jewish prefix.

(1) Daniel 7 reveals there are four (4) temporal "Kingdoms" on earth before the Lord Returns
to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom".
The four kingdoms represented by the different beasts coming out of the sea in Daniel 7 are not called Kingdoms of Heaven.

The four kingdoms were the Babylonian empire, the Medes-Persian empire, the Greek empire, the Roman Empire. The Kingdom of God does not come out of the sea - but from Heaven.

The four kingdoms come out the sea and are temporal, because they originate with man and the nations.

The Kingdom of God is not a fifth in a series of kingdoms coming out of the nations. The Kingdom of God comes from Heaven. Daniel did not see five kingdoms coming out of the sea.

You are adding kingdoms that are just not there in the text, nor are they categorized in the Bible like this.

The important thing to know is which books fall under the Old Covenant and which books the believers are under the New Covenant. IMHO.

One covenant is under the Law, the other under grace. A very important distinction.

The language of the New Testament is Greek (we both know this). There are two separate words in Greek (we both know this). But here's the thing that you missed: the language that Jesus spoke to the inhabitants of Judea was almost certainly Aramaic -- because that was the native language of the people at the time.

So what I was saying was that the translators took one word (from the original Aramaic that Jesus spoke) and because they were two different translators (i.e., Matthew and Mark), they rendered that single Aramaic word into two different Greek words. If you were at all familiar with multiple languages or the business of translation, this would have been your "go-to" explanation of the two renderings.

But you didn't answer the bottom-line question. What possible value to any kingdom is this fanciful teaching of yours? How does it help the church? How does it help the lost? How does it bring us closer to Jesus? Or is it simply a diversion (i.e., all about you)?
