Did he not set false prophecy in his book the late great planet earth?

I never saw anything like false prophecy in the book but I couldn't finish it, too speculative. I did like his exposition of Revelations but the Late Great Planet Earth was kind of bizarre. This verse for instance:

From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God. (Rev. 4:5)

He seems to think this is some kind of artillery, the scene is obviously heaven and the throne is God's. I don't know what he is thinking here, the tribulation hasn't even started yet, it doesn't start until the opening of the first seal.
