You have to remember that people knew 'stuff' before modern science came along, so why couldn't there be a reference in there?
In the Book of Job there's also some fairly accurate scientific principles we see in our world everyday.
In regards to the example you give, well it makes logical sense for the bones to come first doesn't it and I'm no scientist?
The natural world makes me appreciate the greatness of God even more.
What part of that scripture talks about the muscles specifically? The Quran likely got its science from Hindu and Greek scientists.Easy. Mohammed read Ezekiel 37.
7 "So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above ............................"

Almost as ridiculous as women being created from a man's rib.The same Qur'an that teaches that sperm comes from the ribs?
"Now let man but think from what he is created! He is created from a drop emitted-Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs," (Qur'an 86:5-7).
Woman are not "created" from man's ribs, but only Eva was created from Adam's rib. This has a deep theological meaning, as woman being men's helpers, men's support, because they came from man's body, they were one and so does marriage, uniting the couple in one. Besides that, God can do everything, so if He wants to create Eva from Adam's rib He does.Almost as ridiculous as women being created from a man's rib.
As for the OP, the Koran guessed. If you guess enough things you'll get some right. I imagine that for every guess it got right, it got hundreds wrong.
Ah, magic and mysterious ways?Woman are not "created" from man's ribs, but only Eva was created from Adam's rib. This has a deep theological meaning, as woman being men's helpers, men's support, because they came from man's body, they were one and so does marriage, uniting the couple in one. God personally wrote sections of the bible?God revealed that information to us, God Himself, so I prefer to trust God. Muhammad received that information through "the archangel Gabriel" but he was being either inventing it (most likely, copying things from the Bible or inventing them himself showing His ignorance with these verses) or being demonic deceived into it.
I'm fortunate to have very well functioning eyes. So how come I 'can't see'?Of course this is not an "enough answer" for you, but it's enough for me, it's the biblical and christian point of view, because he who was eyes, can see.
Ah, magic and mysterious ways?
A Muslim would assert that Allah could do anything, so could have made sperm originally come from ribs. What makes them wrong and you right? If you can't provide a sufficiently convincing answer, I will continue to believe that you're both wrong.
