Apparently, B's free will is of no consequence.

The infringement on B is of enormous consequence. It just does not involve selective deprivation of free will, it is a false dichotomy to say if A is not outright prevented from acting then the imposition is of no consequence.

Partially related to this, yes, but more involved

I noticed a Christian "apologetic" tacting.

Step 1 - nitpick at the post challenging anything about a Christian God.
Step 2 - find a reason to be offended.
Step 3 - complain about rude Atheist(s).
Step 4 - victory dance for Jesus.

The level of intellectual dishonesty here is staggering.

Step 1 - Post a main premise A that is biblically and secularlly invalid
Step 2 - Attempt to hide the flawed premise by minimizing, name-calling, and accusing
Step 3 - Change the original premise to B and hope others don't notice
Step 4 - When others do notice change it back to A and return to step 2
