There are many
methods of teaching, if that is the question.
The Bible is really a very condensed book, and so, finding detailed answers there might be difficult.
Remember, the Spirit is our counselor and comforter. Teaching from the Flesh is guaranteed to fail; we must teach in the power and guidance of the Spirit.
Many fail on this requirement; they want to teach what
they want to - not what
God wants them to. Thus, they fail to make much of an impact because God (and His Spirit) is not with them.
Never preach!
Yes, that's my recommendation. Preaching is for pastors/ministers - not teachers. Preaching should be aimed at those sinners who need to hear the Word of Salvation - perhaps for the first time.
Teaching, on the other hand, is for those who hunger for the Word, and may have no doubts about its Truth. They are
already believers; they just need further affirmation and instruction.
In my methods, I often make an argument, and then go to great lengths to teach
against it. Result? Increased attention due to the desire to see how I will extricate myself from the messy position I've put myself in.
Sometimes, I do not even open the Bible - or read a verse from it. This is because I am using such familiar verses and passages that the attendees already know them, and I can keep the flow of the narrative going without interruption.
Your mileage may vary.

Matthew 28:18-20 "Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.""
How do you teach?
It doesn't have to be in regards to the above verse, just in general: how do you teach?
