I was raised on junk food, so starting to eat healthy for me was a HUGE challenge. It never worked for me until I started giving myself one "off" day a week where I could eat whatever I wanted, and however much I wanted. Since I've done that, it's much easier because I feel like I'm working towards a reward on Friday. It's was never a health issue, because I work out a lot (sometimes too much), but I just wanted to get extra toned.
As far as exercise, I do a lot of running, to keep those Friday Mountain Dews from showing.
I run about 6-7 miles a day 4 days a week. One day I do weight training for my shoulders, chest, and triceps, one day for my biceps and back, and one day for my lower body.
