How do you live?

So what sort of living situation do you live in?

With my son (and our pets ). We currently own but we're going to go back to renting.

I rent an apartment...but a two bedroom so my son can have a place when I have my visitation with him or if I have company come in from out of town...

I have owned my own home...and I did enjoy it...but that is a different time and circumstance. IF I get married again and find that we need a house...one can be purchased easily enough. there are many great deals on them currently.

But being a renter has it's advantages...like the freedom of mobility. I can quit a lease much cheaper than a mortgage.

Wow. Lucky Mina and flantivegrl. I wish I owned my own place. I would love to decorate and if it needed some special love and care.....would like to work on that!!! Right now I live in a special situation as I live with a couple who are like parents to me. They aren't charging me rent for the summer so that is a big plus. However, I would love to live here and pay rent. I love these people!

I love being a homeowner. It's fun to decorate and fix things up the way I want them. I like doing little repair jobs around the house, too. I painted my mailbox and the mailbox post today and two of my neighbors were teasing me about how I am going to be the envy of the neighborhood now. lol

I have lived with many roommates, and by myself, since I left home 10 years ago

it is a lot easier to share the rent

and honestly, I like having someone else in the house, spending hours and hours an a place that is empty but for me makes me very lonely

things are different here in canada, we have a bunch of mail boxes all stuck together so everyone in the neighbourhood goes to the same place to get their mail. Theres a bunch of boxes every couple streets or so. What colour did you paint it?

I live alone and rent. I'm lucky because my landlord lets me do whatever I want as far as decorating/painting goes...and I love the fact that if something goes wrong, I just pick up the phone and call the landlord

Some day I'd like to own my own home but for now I'm happy being a renter

I live with my dad. He says I can live there for free while I'm in school.
It isn't so bad, really. I'll probably move out when I go to seminary though, since it'll be in Boston hopefully. (If that is the Lord's will, of course...PRAYING!!!)
