How can god exist if there is evil?

Everyone that is alive partakes in evil. Everything you do in life is probably considered evil by someone. For example, we kill and eat living organisms (plants and animals) so that we may live.

God also used and example of a believer "eating" and not being satified.

Micah 6:14 You shall eat, but not be satisfied; Hunger [shall be] in your midst. You may carry [some] away, but shall not save [them;] And what you do rescue I will give over to the sword.
