How can anyone justify not believing in capital punishment?

OBL being killed by troops is the biggest hoax of the Obama admin, well other than him not being a natural born citizen. He died 10 years ago. No surprise most involved in the operation died in a helicoptor "crash". I thought it was a joke when the US first claimed they killed him, and still is.

Conspiracy theorists, gotta love em. I think the wives and the kids found in the compound would disagree with you. Oh wait, they already have. :D

And it's too bad...with his ability to rally people, if Christ was to come into his life, he could have done great things, even from prison.

And what's your empirical evidence that the US troops killed him? Oh wait, there isn't any, only what the controlled corporate media fed you. No pictures, no video. Ask the special forces who took part what happened? Oh wait, they conveniently died in a helicoptor crash. There's plenty of evidence he was a CIA asset under the name Tim Osman and that the CIA admit faking Bin Laden videos.

Regardless of when Osama died, I'm glad he is dead. The world is a better place without him. However, I am sad that he went to hell. Hell is so horrible of a place that we shouldn't wish anyone to go there, or be glad if/when they do. Not even Osama, Hitler, Saddam, or any of history's other bad guys.

As a non-Christian, personally I view Capital Punishment as wrong for one reason-
What normal human being can decide what deserves death? The fact is that I don't believe that execution should be a judicial punishment. I'm perfectly okay with OBL being killed, he wasn't a civilian, he was a major figure at war with many countries and he regularly targeted unarmed people and was , by all accounts, a war criminal and a terrorist.
He is an entirely different case to the regular criminals who are on death row.

Personally, I'm sad about it. Whatever else he was, he was an incredibly intelligent and charismatic leader. If we had managed to bring him to Christ, the things he could have done for the Kingdom would have been incredible.

I don't like killing. It is tragic, and the way so many celebrated a man's death when it happened was sickening. We may talk pompously about how morally superior we are to our ancestors, with their dueling and gladiatorial combats and such, but when something like this happens, we show that we can wallow in our bloodlust and find it entertaining just as much.
