I don't rule them out, but:

1 Thessalonians 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
Matthew 16:12 He sighed deeply and said, "Why does this generation ask for a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to it."
John 20:29 blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.

I do not expect or ask for a sign. Miracles may be of some benefit those who are weak of faith, but they profit me nothing. Those same who may be reassured by such signs, frauds are far more likely to cause them to fall away when they are exposed.

Was the child wearing a lose shirt or bulky clothes? Was the entire arm and shoulder joint visible?

Was the faith healer holding the arm when it lengthened?

Did the mother tell you explicitly that the child's arm was shorter than the other? Not deformed in an unspecified way, but actually saying "this arm is half the length of the other"?

And Branham's miracles do a great job of testifying to the greatness of Branham -- he just might be the second coming.

I know he didn't witness a miracle, but regardless he presses on that he has with 0 evidence and expects people to believe he experienced on of the most fake phenomenon in human history.

Sadly, some people will believe him. But the ones who will are already believers, at least more than likely, and will use anecdotes such as these to reinforce their beliefs.

When it comes to claimed miracles? Quite a few, actually, but others still go even deeper than me. Seriously though, even you should be skeptical of claimed miracles given how much they are faked.
