First of all, murder does not kill the soul...only the body. There is only One who can "kill" the soul (or send it to eternal damnation)...and loving another adult is one thing, actually we are called to love our neighbor as ourselves; but, sex is not love. Love is a choice that we make to truly give ourselves up for the glory of God. To truly love is a sacrafice...not a sexual attraction or some burst of emotion! Is murder (killing another human soul) comparable with loving another adult human in a consenting relationship? wow...![]()
Do you even know what sin is? Or where it comes from? OR what causes us to be sinful? You see gender, God sees the heart and He sees the souls. That is what people don't get. There is no talk of "homosexuality" in the Bible...it is just an illusion that it is by itself. There are many Protestant Churches that are conservative, but accept gay, bi, and lesbians as the way God made them, and don't call their acts "sinful".
Is sex right between a man and a woman then?First of all, murder does not kill the soul...only the body. Ah... so THAT'S the problem with it... homosexual relatiopnships don't allow an obvious Lord/Servant relationship like heterosexual marriage does.He specifically states that man is head of the woman for instance(within a marriage)...not a man is over another man or a woman another woman.
Did God make people hermphrodites or what, and where is the Scriptural reference? you still have dodged my questions.Do you even know what sin is? Or where it comes from? OR what causes us to be sinful?
God sees gender because He made us that way. He specifically gave each their specific roles. He specifically states that man is head of the woman for instance(within a marriage)...not a man is over another man or a woman another woman.
Oh Yes...you have us all figured out...Ah... so THAT'S the problem with it... homosexual relatiopnships don't allow an obvious Lord/Servant relationship like heterosexual marriage does.
Thankyou, you have enlightened me. I've identified a new cause of homophobia... it makes the homophobe feel uncomfortable because there is no clearly submissive partner in a homosexual relationship, and if those darn gays go around making people think that relationships should be equal, well then damn it, what might his wife have to say!?
LOL!!!!!Only within a marriage that has been joined by God...and only when the act is open to new life.
Oh, I know there is more to it than that, but I'm going to go ahead and make this part of my consideration... as well as fear of the unknown, and fear of difference, and having always been told its wrong...Oh Yes...you have us all figured out...
Sure. so what?...do you not ever read the Bible?
God is not the author of sin. We were created "good", but with the sin of our first parents we now are born into sin and thus have a fallen nature instead of the sinless one in which we were intended...thus the need for a savior. One who teaches us that we must daily pick up our cross and follow Him and that we must deny our sinful nature (in other words instead of following our inclinations no matter how much pull they have on us we must follow Christ and do the will of God). In many instances doing the will of God is much more difficult for us than following our desires...it is a form of death to ourselves so that "it is not I who live, but Christ who lives in me..."Did God make people hermphrodites or what, and where is the Scriptural reference? you still have dodged my questions.
It amazes me how many dodge repetitive questions both Enemyparty and I ask that are crucial for answer.

...what, specifically, is "unnatural" about homosexuality. I look forward to your response
If the persons within the relationship are able to be procreative, then they should be open to life. There are always situations where beyond the control of the person conception is not possible, but it is not up to the individual to decide. God decides, not us, but a homosexual act is different. Love may be able to be expressed, but it is not ordered to its rightful state. I have the same bible as you, and for the last 2000 years of Church history homosexual acts have been condemed as evil and a violation of God's supreme law. No matter how you want to twist the scriptures, they do not support homosexual acts, on the contrary, they forbid it.LOL!!!!!
Back to Enemyparty's question...what about couples that cannot reproduce for whatever reason? what about those couples that only have half a body and don't have any genitals?
Why does a relationship have to be procreative? how silly to even imply.

Underwear with elastic too.No matter how you want to twist the scriptures, they do not support homosexual acts, on the contrary, they forbid it.
