Then as the man received some money and found his way back to his wife, he would have penile/vaginal intercourse with his wife.

And... so? This doesn't change the fact that more heterosexuals world wide have HIV/AIDS than homosexuals.

Yes, you can get STDs a number of different ways. No one disputes this. None of this alters the fact that there is nothing inherently harmful about homosexuality that occurs with mutual adult consent.

You are positing a courtcase where your husband is accused of sleeping in a public park, and you have to decide whether or not to lie for him to save him from a $61 fine, and thats the best example you can come up with of an example where mutual adult consent doesn't negate a percieved arbitrary moral imperitive? However, just to cat your pigeons, I'll point out that it is always morally acceptible to resist an unjust law, so lying to secure an innocence finding when someone is accused of a victimless crime is arguable as or more morally correct than telling the truth and allowing someone to be convicted under an unjust law.

(Minor end point, as a wife, any evidence you have to give is inadmissible anyway, so the whole issue is rather moot)

No. I'm outlining the end game in such arguments as you raise that 'God did not create homosexuality'. If God is Creator then he had to have created homosexuality. Or do you intend to play God and determine what he created and what he did not create?

Homosexual sex does not kill people. STDs can kill people, but these can be avoided, for both hetero AND homosexual people.

But even if, for the sake of argument, we accept what you are saying, am I right in understanding that you would have no problem with two STD free people having homosexual sex?

Also, we know that humans have a weaker immune system than certain animals when around feces. Some animals fight diseases off easier than humans. Some animals can even fight diseases while eating rats. Yet if a human ate a rat, they could get very sick and die.

Some animals can eat raw meat while humans cannot without some getting sick if not all.

Also there is a new disease spreading in California called MRSA. It seems to be spreading from people using public restrooms and not washing their hands after using the toilet and this order has come from the Federal Disease Control, so wash your hands after visiting the toilet or get fired by the feds. Some people are very sick. Two in my family have this MRSA and the welts are huge and [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] and painful. Someone died from MRSA.

Hospitals are circulating urgent letters that all hospital employees must wash their hands after using the toilet or they will be fired. And that ALL and I mean ALL patients need to be test for MRSA before and after surgery.

Or, ask a nurse. AIDS is not caused by fecal matter. AIDS virus can not even live in fecal matter for more than like 5 minutes. AIDS is passed vaginally/ anally. Any time there is direct fluid transfer. This could be bleeding during sex or sperm/ every other fluid down there.

As far as catching fecal disease from anal sex... hard to believe that would happen. Certainly not as often as vaginal sex would transmit something.

Of course to shift fault...

I'd be very interested to see where that piece of data came from. I mean, here was I thinking that MRSA is symptomatic of overprescription of broad spectrum antibiotics, but what would I know? Getting into the schools now? Dreadful!
