Music/Instruments in church worship today question

Reve 18:22 and sound/voice of lyrers/harpists and of musicians and of flutists/aulhtwn <834> and of trumpeters not no should be being heard in Thee still.
And every craftsman/artificer of every craft not no may be being found in Thee still.
And sound of a millstone not no should be being heard in Thee still.
MUSIC IN THE OLD TESTAMENT

*snip*
However, after the destruction of the temple in 70 A.D., the Jews forbade the use of instruments in worship.
"As long as the Judaeo-Christians remained one of the Jewish sects, they continued the musical traditional of their forefathers."
Again, "How far Judaism's prohibition of all instrumental music used shortly after the destruction of the temple had influenced the cause of events, is hard to determine.
Like Frogster said it must be the coffee buzz. Gotta be high octane stuff in the bottom of my can.

Jus fur de record ya sure pamote de law a bunch. As I sees it you have no call ta continue to testify er what er ya call it. Nun said anythang bout it ta ya till ya came here blabbering all over de place. Ya cain't justify yur sef in God's eyes or ours fur dat matta. De Bible says nun of us is good and cain't be dat. De Bible also says its Jesus only and no law. Red John 10 pulese.Just for the record, i'm not pro law, i'm pro obedience to the word of God. There is a difference. I don't think putting my trust in Grace and Gods law at the same time jeopardizes my salvation, i think it only means that i seek to be a doer of the word. I trusted Jesus for a long time relying only on Grace, but he lead me to be obedient to the word, not that i am necessarily, but i'm trying. Not on my own power only, it takes a lot prayer and trusting God. But we are taught to be a doer, to follow holiness, and to take action. So that's all i'm doing, my faith leads me to take action and strive to humble myself, to follow holiness and peace with all men, to be a doer of the word of God.

You could have said something like: "yes, being a doer of the word is good and obedience is good"
That would have been nice to hear.
I was talking about being a doer of the word, obedient to Gods will by following my conscience, whats wrong with that?
That is what I thought alsoNothing is wrong with it.![]()
Boredom and I get very tired of being insulted, so I thought I play the part. What is wrong with a little fun that makes a point to?From scratch, what's with the new lingo? I haven't been following the thread all day, so I probably missed something.
The Bible says none of us are doesr of the word - Ps 14:3, 53:3, Isa 64:6 and Paul 3:23.I was talking about being a doer of the word, obedient to Gods will by following my conscience, whats wrong with that?

Yeppers I agree. Question are you a doer or a part timmer? A doer doesn't and hasn't ever sinned. Yeppers that is right God meant the law to be broken - Romans 11:32.You could have said something like: "yes, being a doer of the word is good and obedience is good"
That would have been nice to hear.
Welcome to the reality club. I'm a member in good standing to.Oh, in that case, I guess I'm a part-timer. Interesting...
