Hillary Clinton calls for "Formal Deprogramming" of Trump supporters

I have always assumed that "MAGA" and "Trump supporter/voter" are the same thing.
I realize the need and desire of some to separate them. Either way, deprogramming people of your political opposition is deplorable.

When they say deprogram, you have to realize that those are the people who say the opposite of what they mean. When they say de-program, they mean brainwash with propaganda. Then when you start using woke terminology, they'll consider you to be de-programmed.

And you know this is not the first time Hillary has suggested that people be "reprogrammed." While speaking of pro-life voters, she suggested that those of us who are pro-life for religious reasons may have to change our beliefs. As if people just wake up one morning and say, "I think I will change my beliefs today. After all, killing the unborn is so important, we must align our beliefs to that priority."

“Rights have to exist in practice — not just on paper,” Clinton argued. “Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will.”
“And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs, and structural biases have to be changed,” Clinton added.

So perhaps the reprogramming machine they want to develop will be extended to those of faith. Get your electrodes and injections ready. There is a lot of work to do!

Realizing Trump was the next President was devastating across the country. A distraught reaction does not equate to extreme. The sentiment was not unwarranted considering how his Presidency played out.
