I think most any responsible leader would condemn in the strongest terms possible those who conspired against the US Government to attack the US Capitol.

This feels like one of those cases where it might not be best to invite such facts into a thread discussing the most dangerous elements of far right ideology. Better to stick with the whole "they're just being persecuted for political beliefs" approach and leave out the whole using violence to try and invalidate an election their leader lost.
