i hope you will be honest with me as i will be honest with you. i am an atheist and a member of atheist forums. i have come here to ask a question. a question i have asked in the christianity section of my forum where christians do occasionally come and post questions which we as atheists answer honestly, (i have not received a reply there from a christian) i hope you will show me the same respect. this is my question:

i hear christians saying they "feel" god and jesus, in their hearts, heads, souls, i would like a christian to step forward and explain this feeling. it is spoken about as if it is an actual physical feeling, not just a mental one or psychological. i am very interested to see what christians have to say about this, how would you answer this question. i have not come here to cause upset or aggravation, i genuinly would like an answer to this supposedly easy to answer question as far as christians are concerned. so, to sum up, explain the physical feeling of knowing that god is in your heart.

So are you only going to ask that one question? Shouldn't you start a thread in one of the forums about this? I think you would get more responses.

So what Atheist Forums do you hail from? Are they very active?
