Hi.

my question is : i can not sleep
Do you drink coffee during the day? The caffeine could be keeping you up. Arabic coffee can be quite strong (for Westerners, anyway).

i hated my life
In one sense it is okay for us Christians to hate our lives in this evil world. For Jesus says:
"He that loves his life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal" (John 12:25).
But, at the same time, Jesus wants us to have an abundant life in him, here and now:
"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10).
Here Jesus means a more abundant life spiritually, not more abundant in the things of this world. For we are to:
"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides for ever" (1 John 2:15-17).

i want to kill my self
Do not do that.
For suicide is self-murder, and Christians do not commit murder, for
"you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him" (1 John 3:15b).

i want to be happy like others
Others may not really be as happy as they appear to be. Many people merely put on a show of happiness while they are in public, while at home in private they are miserable.
What Christians want to be is truly happy, inside and out, in the sense of having the joy of the Holy Spirit:
"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans
15:13).

what do i do for be happy ?
To be truly happy we must have a real relationship with God:
"You, God, will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures for evermore" (Psalms 16:11).
The only way to have a real relationship with God is by being a Christian. For Jesus says:
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to God the Father, except through me" (John 14:6).
To become a Christian, all you have to do is believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Christ and the human/divine Son of God (John 20:31, John 3:36; 1 John 2:23), and that he died on the Cross for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Luke 24:46-47, Matthew 20:19, Matthew 26:28).
After we become Christians, to help develop and keep up our relationship with God, we should pray to him every day, such as with the Lord's Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13), praising and worshipping him, confessing our sins to him, asking him for what we need today, and thanking him for all that he has given us (Philippians 4:6). And throughout the day we should immediately bring to him in prayer anything that we become worried about at anytime (Philippians 4:6-7).
We should also fellowship with other Christians every day (Hebrews 3:13, Hebrews 10:25), at least in some fashion (Matthew 18:20), such as on this forum, being exhorted by them and exhorting them in turn (Hebrews 3:13).
We also need to examine ourselves to make sure that we are truly in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5, Proverbs 28:26, Proverbs 14:12). The way to do this is to read every word of the Bible (Hebrews 4:12, Matthew 4:4) and see if we accept everything it teaches as having come from God (John 8:47; 2 Timothy 3:16). For just as a true faith will initially come from reading (or hearing) what the Bible teaches (Romans 10:17; 2 Timothy 3:15), so we can know that we are remaining in the true faith if we continue to believe everything that the Bible teaches came from God (John 8:31b; 2 Timothy 4:2-4; 1 Timothy 4:1, Mark 8:35-38).
In order to have any real relationship with Jesus, and God the Father, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19), most importantly we must believe the right things about Jesus (John 14:6-7): that he is God the Word made flesh (John 1:1,14), that he is the Christ (1 John 5:1; 1 John 2:22), and that he is the only begotten (only born) Son of God (John 3:16,36; 1 John 2:23), meaning that he is the only person ever born without any human father (Luke 1:34-35). And we must believe that Jesus lived a perfectly sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; 2 Corinthians 5:21) and so he could die on the Cross for our sins and rise from the dead on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). He rose and will remain forever in an immortal flesh and bones human body (Luke 24:39; 2 John 1:7) as our eternally-human high priest/mediator (1 Timothy 2:5, Hebrews 2:16-17, Hebrews 7:24-26).
Once we come into faith in Jesus, we must obey him, and God the Father, and the Holy Spirit, by repenting from all of our sins and getting water-immersion (burial) baptized into Jesus (Acts 2:38, Romans 6:3-5, Galatians 3:27). And we must partake of the divine flesh and blood of the bread and wine of communion (John 6:53, Matthew 26:26-28; 1 Corinthians 10:16; 1 Corinthians 11:27-30). And we can get hands laid on us to receive Holy Spirit baptism (Acts 8:17) and one or more of the Holy Spirit's wonderful Spiritual gifts (Acts 19:6; 1 Corinthians 12:8-10). Then, washed from our sins by water baptism (Acts 22:16) and empowered by the Holy Spirit within us (Acts 1:8, Ephesians 3:16), we must each and every day for the rest of our lives deny ourselves, take up our crosses, and follow Jesus (Luke 9:23; 2 Corinthians 5:15), by continuing in the faith to the end (Hebrews 3:6,12,14, Hebrews 6:4-8, John 15:6; 2 Timothy 2:12), by repenting from every sin we might commit to the end (Hebrews 10:26-29; 1 Corinthians 9:27, Luke 12:45-46), and by doing the particular spiritual works which he has given us as individuals to do to the end (Mark 13:34, Romans 12:6-8, Titus 3:8).
But if we as believers wrongly employ our free will to refuse to do these things, we cannot expect to have any continued real relationship with Jesus, and God the Father, and the Holy Spirit. For a continued real relationship with them requires that we not only continue to believe in them but also continue to obey them (John 15:10, John 14:21,23). Faith without works is dead (James 2:20) and cannot ultimately save us (James 2:14-26, Romans 2:6-8, Matthew 7:21, Hebrews 5:9).

i don't know why i live in sadness i want to be happy like others i see people laughfing Laugh but and i can not smile i do alot of fun things but i smile but i feel so sad in my heart
"If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable" (1 Corinthians 15:19).
This means that if the only hope of Christians is in this mortal life, they are (or should be) of all men most miserable, for they are not (or should not be) living for this mortal life and its pleasures (John 12:25; 1 John 2:15-17), but are (or should be) denying themselves, taking up their crosses every day, and following Jesus (Luke 9:23-25; 2 Corinthians 5:15):
"While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:18).

i thank you all for your sweet words . i feel well because i read your words i feel i'm not alone
That's great.
Also, if you ever start feeling lonely again, remember first that Jesus is always right there with you (Matthew 28:20b, Hebrews 13:5b, John 14:21), as is God the Father (John 14:23) and the Holy Spirit (John 14:16). All three Persons of the Trinity are even living in the hearts of obedient believers (Ephesians 3:17-19, John 14:23; 2 Corinthians 1:22). And believers should be gathering together with and exhorting other believers every day (Hebrews 3:13, Hebrews 10:25), at least in some fashion (Matthew 18:20), such as on this forum. So there is no need for any obedient believer ever to feel lonely.
