I signed up with the purpose of finding others who feel being thrown to the lions like me, and I would like to know how you are dealing with it. Is it just me, or relationships have changed in the past two years or so? I hope I can learn from others and share my thoughts with others who need it.

Hi Daniel, welcome to the forum in Jesus name it's a great place to be for fellowship with other Christians.
There are quite a number of Christians willing to share their experiences and help. The Prayer Wall is a good place to go.

Hello and welcome. Have things changed? I think things have been changing for a very long time (in my own lifetime of 50 years), so it's not unusual to see change. Is there a normal? I think normal is subjective.

Unfortunately, the world changes constantly, and what was “normal” at one time is being ridiculed now, while what was considered “not normal” is being accepted as the norm. One thing never changes, however: the word of God, which is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It is sometimes hard to live by it, but it is not impossible, and it is the one thing that can keep us normal. The only problem is finding someone who can keep us accountable and make sure we stay on track.

What kind of music are into? I prefer songs that have a message. Of course, at one time or another they all can speak to the heart, but some of them seem to have been written in haste, and while the melody and rhythm are nice, the lyrics leave one wishing for more.
