The creators of the disinformation claiming Ukraine plotted to assassinate Tucker Carlson did not intend for it to be used inside Russia: they designed it specifically to target U.S. audiences.

One of the screenshots in that tweet that was promoting the "assassination plot" was from a guy (Mario Nawfal) who runs big "spaces" public audio chats on Twitter and is a big "twitter celeb" (and apparently sort of crypto hustler) and has pushed a lot of conspiracies and disinfo before.
