God never said we would have our bodies healed here. Some do, but, face it, we all die. That is when believers get healed good and proper, every one of them.
Jesus told us there was plenty there. As for sex, that is another topic. I personally do not see anything wrong with it existing in heaven. After all, the garden of Eden seemed to be rife with that sort of thing.

Yes, we all die but we all try to live as long as possible and as healthy as we can. I don't doubt those instincts will arise in you when the time comes. My 90-yr-old grandmother is glad to be alive, thanks to medical science, with all her faculties and independence. All we have is the here and now, at this momement. Ignoring it, wasting it, condemning it is pointless imo.
