At least temporary, the Haitian probably hasn't been doing it long enough to know whether or not it causes permanent damage.

Well I would have liked it to be someone other than Nathan but as my brother pointed out they have done the whole phone conversation switch before. Claire's dad was on the phone as well when she looked over so who knows. I thought it was interesting that Claire's "dad" said that the invisible guy should have been dead for the last 8 years. How long have some of these people known? I think Peter being able to call up the powers he's used is great.

One thing that annoyed me last night -- the misleading promos. NBC is notorious for this, but it always bugs me when they do it. I even went back to the beginning and watched again just to be sure I heard what they said, and they specifically said (with regard to Claire): "TONIGHT, she'll meet her father."

Well, no, she didn't. We met him. But she didn't. Why say that?

I'm kind of sad the Nathan thing ruins the Claire/Peter relationship I'd predicted. Oh well.

I know! Thats soooo cool! And yes, I was wrong about HRG being her real dad, but they throw so many red herrings into the commercials! This was a throw off red herring. Make you think, 'well, maybe it's Nathan', then, "nah... must be a red herring...." LOL. Anyway. Can't wait til Peter can control this. He is like an Anti-Sylar. Same kind of ability, except his body duplicates others powers without having to kill them and without his knowledge for the most part.

Nathan as Claire's father. Jessica on the loose. Peter tapping into Claire's regeneration. Hiro tricking his father into accepting his sister as his heir. Too much good stuff to pass up. I'm dying to see what happens next!

But yeah, I do agree the promo was very misleading.

I felt so bad for Claire this week. Poor girl is losing all her parents. And poor Mr. Muggles!

I thought Matt was so dead. I was glad to see him get off that ledge.

Lots of Star Trek references this week. Hope called Hiro "Mr. Sulu" - that was my favorite one - and then later he did the Vulcan thing with his fingers.
