CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Here's my problem, I believe in evolution, and it brings up doubts especially in the OT...

Did you know that Wernher Von Braun, the famous rocket scientist stated that the powers that be will always have a common threat to fight. He said after the super powers it will be a poor nation of religious terrorists, then it will be the common threat of a giant meteorite and finally...... aliens. They will use this to justify the gargantuan amount of money needed to fund the war machine that is "necessary to fight whatever threat is their present foe.

There is no way you have looked at the amount of data that I have looked at. Oh, of course there is some fabrication but the wealth of solid facts and artifacts far out weighs the ones where people are trying to become famous.

Ford had operated a subsidiary in Germany which is probably where the vehicles were built. Hitler and Henry Ford admired one another in the interwar years but I doubt if that was still the case by the Normandy invasion. The reason Henry Ford had admired Hitler, was not because he was money-grubbing but because he was a virulent anti-semite like Hitler. He believed everything about the Jews that you apparently believe about rich people.

Is that a fact? Well if the Quasi Steady State Cosmology turned out to be right, its proponents would have done creationists absolutely no favours whatsoever. Because, if they are right, the universe is either infinitely old, or else older than the big bang theory postulates by very many orders of magnitude.

Look at the size of these guys working on the megalith... And to think this is the same people who had cone shaped heads, built huge structures and created art with these giant people in them. Then we find giant skulls in this day and age shaped like the people in these works of ancient art....

I didn't ask for any nonsense about space aliens. Steven Greer is a known fraud and I say that even though he has claimed to be a Baha'i.

All I did was post the source of Wernher's associate describing what he told her. You are free to stop the video whenever you want.
If you are that apposed to hearing about aliens, real or not, I cannot help you.
You live in a world that is seeing a ton of stuff that is not explainable with normal secular technology.
Whether aliens from another planet ( I strongly doubt this ) or multidimensional beings..... who knows.
To ignore the fact that there is some weird stuff going on is rather juvenile.

Which means you have no reason to say it's baloney if you haven't looked at the data or found a reason to support your statement which would suggest that it is false.
Everyone has their right to look at all the information and form an opinion.All conspiracy theorists are convinced they know the truth & the rest of the world is duped.
When they are ridiculed for such an opinion and labeled in a derogatory manner, that is bullying.
When the masses try to hush a free thinker to conform to their beliefs it is also wrong.
The number of people who believe one theory has no bearing on the truth or error in the theory. Truth is not a democracy.
To form an opinion on a new idea or different belief without investigating its validity.... these people should keep quiet or let their ignorance speak for them.
