This is Long. This is not Me. But someone posted it to me at another forum.
The Star of David is more accurately described as the Star of Solomon, as Solomon was the first king to turn away from the Lord and worship the planetary star gods (all related to the Nephilim) of the pagan nations that surrounded Israel. Solomon was the offender who introduced the pagan star symbol to Israel. As others here have pointed out, the Jewish Star is, without a doubt, the star of satan.
The fact that Stephen inserted the name Remphan was prima facie evidence that he knew the Jews were following the star goddess of the Nephilim-Rephaim, and it was this very statement that caused the Jewish leaders to become so enraged that they actually bit him before they murdered him: "When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth." (Act 7:54)
Scripture is very clear that we are to give no place to the devil in our daily lives. The Word of God is particularly insistent about not taking "the accursed thing" into our homes (Jos 6:18). In the OT, we are vehemently warned about the threat of occultic items, idols, and any images of jealousy.
In Jeremiah, God says to "learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven..." (Jer 10:2). While this passage goes on to condemn the demonic practice of placing a "Christmas" tree in your house in honor of Tammuz day (December 25th), it also addresses the Satanic origin of "the signs of heaven." The so-called Star of David is actually just such a sign -- or symbol.
Over the centuries, the Lord sent many prophets to reprove and correct apostate Israel -- enter Stephen. During most of ancient Israel's apostacy, we see the names Baal and Ashteroth as the objects of their adoration. During various historical eras, these same false gods were worshipped under other names -- two of which are Moloch and Chiun.
Today, Solomon figures prominently in the secret symbols and occultic signs of Freemasonry as its "first most excellent Grand Master" (Freemasonry, Jack Harris, Whitaker House, 1983, pg. 21) The trail of the star god religion leads all the way back to ancient Egypt. Freemasonry's occult rituals are also associated with the tabernacle in the wilderness and the temple built by Solomon.
In other words, the occultic group known as Freemasonry counts Solomon as their first "Grand Master." They have modeled their own "Lodge Rooms" on the temple built by Solomon, and they have formally recognized that Solomon's occultic practices trace back to Egypt.
Countless "Christian" ministries have accepted apostate doctrines, rituals, and symbols from pagan sources that came to us through lateral religious traditions such as Judaism. Indeed, others have written about the nefarious Satanic star with very little reaction from those who choose to continue to employ the emblem. The truth is, most "Christian" ministries that are complicit in the practice will refuse to hear this warning as well. "Christians" around the world uniformly resist teachings of this nature whenever they are confronted with the pagan history of the Christmas tree, Lent, Easter rituals, and other pagan practices that have stealthily infiltrated the church of Jesus Christ.
Nevertheless, we need to identify the scope of the problem. Unfortunately, this particular apostacy is extremely widespread. In New Jersey, for example, one of the world's largest Christian ministries to Jewish people is called the Friends of Israel. They publish a widely read magazine known as Israel My Glory. This group prominently features the Satanic symbol, the Shield of Solomon, on their logo.
In Florida, a significant Christian ministry named Zion's Hope, run by Christian best selling author Marv Rosenthal, opened a $16 million dollar theme park called The Holy Land Experience. Their magazine, Zion's Fire, features as its logo a dove superimposed over the occultic symbol. In fact, early this year, Zion's Hope promoted a "Christian" communion-related product which featured the six pointed star.
The Jewish Voice Ministries is one of the oldest Messianic Jewish Christian ministries in America. On radio, TV, and print, they are well known. Their logo carries their version of the star of Remphan.
In Texas, another Messianic ministry is Sojourner Ministries. This major ministry also chooses to identify itself with the Satanic Shield of Solomon.
In Oklahoma, the prophecy ministry Lion and Lamb Ministries, run by Monte Judah, a Messianic Jew, also prominently portrays the insidious Star of Solomon in their logo.
There is even a Bible school known as the Institute of Jewish Studies -- which is a college level program operated by the Philadelphia College of the Bible and which displays the six pointed star logo. These are all ministries that profess Jesus Christ -- yet they maintain the infernal symbol of Saturn in their corporate logos and literature.
These are only the tip of the iceberg. There are hundreds more. A thorough examination of the theological justifications put forth by each ministry is beyond the scope of this post. However, there are a couple of brief common denominators that may be noted. All of the ministries listed are dispensational (of which their marketing vehicle is the "pretrib rapture theory") in their theology. All are incorporated and all are state-licensed, 501(c)3 government-sanctioned "nonprofit organizations."
The Bible makes it clear that the time will come when all the religious groups in the world, including "Christian" churches and ministries, will be somehow bound together through a common bond. Revelation says this religious "harlot of Babylon" becomes the repository for every imaginable demonic doctrine and seducing spirit. Scripture further states that this religious collective becomes so apostate that it is beyond redemption.
God instead tells His Remnant church to "come out of her" in order to avoid the plagues that she will eventually receive (see Revelation 18 for details). The true Christian church, which is the Remnant of Israel, is told to "come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you" (2 Cor 6:7). The Apostle Paul argues eloquently that "what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God..." (2 Cor 6:16)
We must be willing to recognize the devices of the Devil, for the Bible promises us that the believer will not be ignorant of them (2 Cor 2:11). We must also be willing to renounce "the hidden things of dishonesty" (2 Cor 4:2) when the Lord brings them to the light of day. Speaking the truth against evil is always a difficult course of action, but we can have no part in the abominable things, for "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness..." (Is 5:20).
Last but not least, we must be willing to distance ourselves from those who refuse to heed the same leading of the Lord. This may be the most uncomfortable aspect of our responsibility, but it is the most important. When God tells His believers to disassociate themselves from the apostate church, it is for our own good. He doesn't want us to suffer the consequences that are going to be poured out upon the children of disobedience.
The Bible does not offer the "come out of her" statement as an exhortation. It is not an emphatic suggestion. It is a plain commandment coupled with an 'either or' set of consequences. Because we have demonstrated that this particular issue was a central feature of the judgement that fell on ancient Israel, how shall we escape the judgement of God if we neglect the same warning on the very same issue?
Turn away from the things of darkness. "The light of the body is the eye: therefore, when thine eye is single [seeing truth], thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness" (Lu 11:34, 35).
