Helpful tutorial for those who know they are "real" Christians

For those who like to subtly put into question the true faith of others using quotes around things like "christian" and "testimony" and "believer" and "salvation". This is quite easily done through forums and blogs with the use of your quotation mark key...but how can you show your discernment for their lack of faith with smug pride when in person, face to face with these 'so called Christians"?
